Maybe they just don't actually look all that scary. For me it's Bondrewd, despite all his actions. In the end I don't find him that scary. I can't help it. :') He's one of the best example of affably evil I've seen. |

heres a bird ant bunny man wearing a speedo, they even gave him an entire episode so he can chase the main characters. i was like nope, thats not a threat, this thing is just laughable  somehow this thing doesnt get beaten on its first fight an he even gets to unlock a power, being the first of its kind to achieve that, but no, this thing aint threatening at all |

| I wouldn't exactly say he's not scary at all even though his design is also pretty silly but I couldn't help but laugh whenever they mentioned Shabranigdo in Slayers. The name, it's so stupid. Lepka from Future Boy Conan, honestly in that same vein most Ghibli villains. Idk why just something about them At times, Makoto Shishio from Rurouni Kenshin, his design is just kinda dumb. Especially in the live action movies That purple haired glasses kid Ryuuto Asamiya in World's Strongest Disciple. I can't believe THAT was the final boss of the show |

| Johan Liebert is such an unrealistic villain character so he ended up not scary at all. Maybe he will be more scary if we never got his POV story. Because when they showed his POV, we see how dumb his plot device was. |
