Him having to handle the MPs ,

We already know Levi is a developed character ,but the way how isayama put him in tough situations ,gave him a lot of character growth

Another reason why his character is loved more than eren

Becoz it's simple his character arc concluded perfectly ,without breaking his chracter ,unlike the so called simpren
