It's my favorite anime of all time and also my first one. The nostalgic factor hits hard but I do think this anime has a lot of good factors like the protagonist devolpment, the amazing secondary characters (like Kakashi, Minato, Itachi) and that has two of the bests antagonists of all time: Pain and Madara Uchiha. I think that all of this and more factors end up overshadowing the bad things like the end or the the bad development of the female cast.

Also has my favorite anime character and probably one my fictional characters of all time: Kakashi "The Copy Ninja" Hatake. Love everything about that guy.

Btw with Naruto I mean all the canon stuff (Naruto, Naruto: Shippuden and The Last: Naruto the Movie). Boruto I consider it as a sequel totally apart from Naruto. Its like to consider The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings the same saga. (Sorry for the "non anime" reference but it's the only one I could remember).
