| Tough to answer. There are tons of such characters in Action Shounen. And out of these 3 options, I will choose Asta. |

| Bakugou and Inosuke are both hella annoying. But Bakugou takes the win here. He's always 'SHINE! SHINE! SHINE!' Inosuke is also like that but has some funny moments. I think sleeping Zenistu is worse than Inosuke. Haven't seen Black Clover so can't talk about Asta. I also don't like Kiba from Naruto. He's just so lame and annoying. His most said phrase is "GATSUGA!' for all I know. |

| Bakugo doesn't even scream particularly much. He's an annoying brat all the same, but more an "angry grunt" one than a screaming one (aside from fights but everyone screams in those in shounen so whatever). Zenitsu is the worst thing about Demon Slayer and everytime he opens his mouth I wanna kick him, but he's only a side character so at least we are spared from his whiny screams whenever he isn't part of the plot (yes I'm answering for Zenitsu, the DS character that SHOULD be in the poll, Inosuke is alright). Asta is the protagonist. Asta's voice managed what no anime protagonist has ever managed before - to make me drop a show simply because of the utter garbage voice acting. I've never heard anything as grating as those constant pointless screams. I don't give a damn if he stops screaming 100 episodes in. It's so bad that it literally repells people before they can ever get to that point. |

Nah, it's more like 20-25 episodes in Asta starts learning to scream less, it's a very slow and gradual process though π€£ I wouldn't call it bad voice acting though, it suits the character |

I guess to be fair I should call it bad voice direction, not bad voice acting, the VA just did what they were told to, after all. That said, I don't think making the voice of the protagonist so unbearable that people drop the show because of it is a good choice on the part of the director, and the fact that it's toned down later on just shows that they realized it was a problem~ |

| I generally do not like high pitched voices in anime mainly because it is adults attempting to sound like cute children. This is grating on the ears. Adults imitating children is normally very annoying in general. Also, voice actors have strong voices which combined with high pitched imitative wailing produces an unpleasant audial experience. I do not understand those that love cute girl characters almost exclusively. It is a very odd phenomenon. |
