Well with websides there is liability to keep site in accordance with the law if there is user generated submissions. Anything else depends if they maintain their own servers or not. A server that isn't maintained could potentially malfunction in a way to cause a fire. |

| Sucks about Liveleak. Only "shock" site I ever felt comfortable browsing. (I put "shock" in quotations because there was a wide variety of videos on there - it wasn't just a "gore community" as previously described. Unlike YouTube, videos of violence/death weren't censored, but had clear viewer discretion warnings before they could be played.) I'd say BitChute is the closest thing. Their policy just states no videos of murder, which leaves a lot of room to play still for the gore fiends. |
