| Man! This was a really great setup for this upcoming arc. The new characters are interesting and have good personalities thus far, the alternate universe stuff is potentially really interesting and I've been looking forward to it since the end of BotG. Also, a tournament! Been a while since one of those. I have a good feeling about things to come. |

| I'm not sure how I think of Goku now. He is willing to bet his beloved earth for some dumb tournament? How does the swapping even work? Does it includes all the lifeforms on it as well or only the earth? He should asked for more information before agreeing to that nonesense lol. |

| the animation were actually ok this time. really wonder who this guy is that is even stronger than goku. as long as he have an ok appearance I am fine with all his technique. and does anyone know if Toriyama-san have a hand in making the script for this arc or is it completely made by Toei themselves? |

| Awesome start after the 2 previous arcs that were adaptations of the movies. So we have 12 universes, all counterparts adding up to 13. Shame to see Universe 6 Earth has been destroyed. |
