| That's crazy. I had a suspicion about that Aika "could" be the mage of exodus, but to see that it's true is just wow. This is an gigantic sword. But who will be the culprit of Aikas death? Hakaze? Or however someone else? Can't wait to see how this will end. 4 episodes only left :-( |

| I'm not surprised that Aika was mage of Exodus but I'm surprised at how badass huge sword she wields. This brings me nostalgia when Yui from SAO introduced her huge ass sword. Next episode looks promising. 3.5/5 |

| The reveal was executed rather well, but I'm still annoyed as hell by Hakaze and her actions. Her crush on Yoshino - and that what it is, a crush, not love - is pathetic, not to mention talking aloud to herself like that seems pretty implausible. |

| Hakaze has to definitely silence Aika now. For some reason, I get a feeling that Aika is seriously gonna be an irritating bitch (no offense) seems super nosy and annoying, I can imagine her terrible personality more than ever now. |

| I was waiting in anticipation for the reveal and I couldn't stop grinning. I don't mind scenes you can see coming, in fact they have their own charm with the proper build up and this episode did a good job. |

| Damn, about time for the truth to come finally come out! Aika-chan turning out to be Mage of Exodus was my first impression back in Episode 12 or so but I dropped that idea with the appearance of Kaji Yuki's CV, and here it is. Can't wait to see what's next in store for me next episode! Got to say, Yoshino-san attracting both the Mages from opposite sides is really impressive though lol. |

| Yoshino somehow remembers me of Parn in Lodoss War, when he carry both the Holly Sword and the Soul Crusher, to defeat the fate of the witch and bring balance to the world. Aside tbe shakespeare BS, this is the real main plot of this anime. Yoshino using his "sword" in the Mage of Exodus and the Mage of Genesis, logic x absurdity, to bring balance to his d*. Man, i must find the Hentai version if this. |

| Now, this was always coming, but they still nailed the execution. Given the kind of characterisation they've given Aika thus far, it would only make sense she would play the role of something as important and antagonistic like mage of exodus. With Aika's identity in the open, only two theories seem to make sense now, and to be honest both are equally plausible. Can't wait. |
| Now it makes sense why they suspect Yoshino to be the "heart" and not the "body" (which is Hanemura) of the mage of Exodus. Since Aika died, all of Yoshino's actions have been for her (giving her death meaning, following the Tempest quotes etc) so he essentially carries her will or her "heart". Which essentially means Aika controls Yoshino and Yoshino controls Hakaze making Aika the Grand Puppeteer |
| Somewhat inane excuse for not aiming to save Aika from her death in the past, but whatever. Giving up without elaborating on why you you're giving up is also an option, even if you're inevitably tampering with the past just by time travelling and engaging with the past world anyway. Plenty of visual metaphors with butterflies so far, but the butterfly effect itself is only referenced when it's convenient. Aika being the Mage of Exodus lends more credence to the view that it wasn't someone else who killed her. And Hakaze probably won't fare too well in the fight that's probably coming up next either, if Aika's newly revealed status and huge sword are any indication. |

| Thinking aloud on rooftops so that an antagonist can hear all your thoughts is a way too long in the tooth plot device... So Aika was the mage of Exodus all along; and Hakaze will end up killing her due to investigating her death; we know she will because it's already happened. Thus if Hakaze had not time traveled to meet her Aika would not have died. Which would have created a time paradox, but not due to Hakaze's actions; it would be a time paradox of inaction (not time traveling to the past to kill Aika, like she was supposed to). Aika's time of death also matches Hanemura's time of awakening as the next mage of Exodus. This also means Yoshino is innocent. |
