| I agree that the readers hyped it way too much like it was the second coming of Jesus Christ but it's just the first episode, maybe it will get better as they say. The first episode was a 6/10 at best personally. |

| In my opinion it started really average? Like, I understand the hype because you don't get everyday an anime adaptation of a manhwa but to be sincere the animation was really weird. I'm not saying it's super bad but the colors are kind of hard to watch, specially the green tones. Also, I don't quite get where the story develops like the background doesn't say much and you can't really tell where they exactly are. I'm not a manga reader but just watching episode 1 I have to say it left me with a tiny sour taste in my mouth. I hope it gets better and I'm confident it will. |

| Let's all just calm down for a minute and wait until at least the fourth or fifth episode has been released before we start criticizing or praising this anime. It does not matter if you have read ahead of its source material because this adaptation could be horrible. |

I never read the comic, it was something that I forgot in my ''must read'' for close to a decade... Yeah, you heard well, a fucking decade. In the end I never started reading this one, I read many others, and I forgot how many times I heard Tower of God being praised. This comic has been topping the popularity charts since 2010. Web comics, were barely becoming a thing at the time. Tower of God is not good because it has an amazing first chapter, is good because it apparently built an amazing story over the course of 10 years. And none of you is so fucking amazing that can judge it or predict how it goes from the first episode. Will this anime be amazing? Probably not... Web comics have a different flow than manga, and it will take time before studios will understand how to do a proper adaptation. But if you morons don't want to bother reading the comic and see what's the hype about, then go fuck yourself, you have no right to call it overrated. |

To me the pacing is improved and the animation looks fine. I actually like the uneven lines, gives it a rough look that I dig. |

The animation/art isn't terrible it's just the style of it is different to what you used to seeing so you can't judge too different styles using the same standards cause they are fundamentally different. |

| Isn't this too soon? we're only in eps.1... and i haven't read ToG (only Solo Leveling) yet and i liked the first episode overall, there's nothing wrong with the score as well as it will change over time depends on this series performance, there's no need to be so salty and looking for supporters rofl. |

| If this was the only manhwa adapted from webtoons I would get mad. but since they will do noblesse and The God of High School I'm ok, because they are much better than this one (in my opinion). I'm still seeing butthurt in the air, since this is a forum, debates should be expected there's no need in being so defensive when looking at others opinions. |
