| haha, he kicked her ass so hard she cried and slobbered on herself forcing her to return to normal. Gawd, I can't wait for next weeks episode: Ichigo bankai vs Hollow/Zangetsu bankai. Thats going to kick so much ass. |

| So Ichigo goes through another somewhat dimension again to go training. This is feeling actually a whole lot like the Time chamber in DBZ . And also I wonder to what extent will ichigo reach if in every arc he gets his ass kicked and goes training. A something like super sayein or something, i guess. Ichigo's already going through 3 phases where his power increases. There's the normal shinigami, shinigami goes bankai, and shinigami with hollow. I'm curious to see what's going to be next. Anyways this episode was kind of great but not totally. |

It's already repetitive enough with respect to Ichigo getting beaten and being depressed, training to master some awesome new power, and then plowing through all his adversaries. I'd rather they end the show on an awesome note than ruin it by making it too long. |

| I agree there. I expect they'll milk the franchise for all it's worth, which is quite a shame. I hated how that happened with Naruto - the series went from pretty awesome to utter trash halfway through. |

| This hollow concept in his soul is clearly based on Jungian Shadow aspect. If You encounter Your Shadow You can either assimilate it which makes him part of Your conscious psyche OR the other option is Shadow possesion which is happen if You identify Yourself as Your Shadow self. Bleach is heavily influenced by psychoanalysis concepts. |
