| Probably Tasuku from 'Shimanami Tasogare' or Mike from 'Otou no Otto'. They are the only gay characters that actually feel like humans. They are actually part of seinen mangas, which makes them awesome! I also love gay characters from CLAMP stories, but their characters aren't exactly gay. Their sexual preferences are just really fluid. |

| If we’re talking confirmed gay then I haven’t seen many. Juri in Utena was alright I guess. If we go with implied gay, which is a lot more common, probably Bon Clay in One Piece. To put it bluntly, he’s one of the broest bros in the whole series. Easy dude to love. Also, the characters are the strength of Cardcaptor Sakura and about 2-3 characters are implied to potentially be gay. |

| Homura Akemi is one of the best characters in fiction. Not my favorite characters but I'm surprised and disappointed to see the severe lack of mention of Nanoha or Fate, pretty much the OG when it comes to gay characters that grew up, got ("""subtext""") married, and adopted a kid together. Also, sadly there was never a Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance anime, but Ike Greil is a strong, way-too-muscular man who exudes the very essence of homosexuality. |

canonically speaking: sumin and sungji from what does the fox say  haruko and saki from shimanami tasogare  sun jing and qiu tong from their story all of them are from manga/manhwa tho, there aren't many gay characters in anime and the few that exist are mostly created to appeal fujoshis, straight males that fetishize lesbians or to follow homophobic stereotypes |

| I recently finished watching Danganronpa so I'll say Sakakura Juzo. He seemed kind of crazy and scary at first but Someone who'd do anything for the one they love is always much better and attractive compared to someone who'd abuse their love interest. |
| Nagito Komaeda - an interesting and complex character, he's a favorite of mine regardless. Despite of all the questionable thing he's done, his crush on Hinata felt genuine to me Kaworu Nagisa (as he's probably the only sane and decent human being in the series), the homosexual crossdresser from Deadman Wonderland manga, the two boys from Doukyuusei. Oh, my. Their story was so beautiful, it even transcended the whole gender/ sexual orientation idea. I don't know where they're going with this Dazai/Chuuya thing, but at this point it's the weirdest queerbaiting I've seen since Free. I don't know what to believe anymore, lol. |
