| Nostalgic episode xD It's disappointing that Krillin's power declined so much to the point he can be hurt by guns... But hey, the idea of an illusory world is quite interesting for someone like him. What the hell were those scenes after the next ep preview? DB Heroes or the new upcoming arc? Because the quality looked completely different O_o |

| I'm disappointed somewhat with the episode, although it did bring back all the lovely nostalgia from Dragon Ball, and Early Dragon Ball Z days. I'm disappointed they didn't bring back Raditz at the end there, when it was a perfectly clear opportunity to do so, it's almost as if they intentionally skipped over him, as enemies before and after him chronologically were there, but no Raditz. The only explanation for this I can think of is either they viewed him as such an insignificant character that they didn't feel the need, which doesn't make sense as they had Nappa; or just decided not to include him for whatever reason; or they're looking to do something with him in the future of DBS as likely or unlikely as that is who knows. Though looking at the line up of characters, it seems they only used ones where both Goku and Kuririn had at least some interaction with the enemy faced as to fit with the theme of the episode. At least I thought! Until I looked back and realized that Kuririn did have a short interaction with him. SO WHAT GIVES?! What a wasted opportunity if his exclusion from this episode/scene was unintentional. |

| I think Gohan isn't as weak as people are claiming him to be. He managed to keep up with SSJ Goku who at this point must be very powerful in his SSJ 1 form after all that training. I thought it was a nice touch for Gohan to bring out his Great Saiyaman character. So his fighter spirit is more so with the Great Saiyaman character than his normal character. Number 18 telling Krillin off was pretty savage but I don't think she meant any harm, more like a reality check. Like Vegeta would say, in times of peace you've grown soft. And she's right, how is Krillin not able to take down 2 bad guys in guns. And thus Goku/Krillin go back to their roots of training. Roshi promising the two a move lol, yea right lol, something tells me he totally lied to them. And oh boy those returning characters. I think Tamborine from Dragon Ball will be the main focus based on how Krillin was more fearful towards him and not someone like Frieza. |

| These fillers are good,they kinda give spotlight for the supporting characters,what is needed in this anime. It's nice to see Tambourine again and the reaction of Kuririn was priceless,since he was killed by him in the past after all xD |
| Goku and Kuririn back in the old days and are facing their worst nightmares, nice. As for the Universe Survival Arc preview... Seriously? Really, Toei, seriously? A female Broly, Frost again, an Elephant, Crocodile(?) and a Clown Gods of Destruction (I have a feeling that I saw that clown somewhere before), some caped dude, pink marshmallow-like fighter, a wolf-man... Just the preview tells me that this arc will suck. |

| Because of perfect fillers like these Im not even joking around when I say Dragonball is the best thing that could have happened to anime. Getting old characters back together, family life, fighting villains from the past. Also has anyone noticed how good the production quality was? Kame house in sunset was beautiful. I am really looking forward to this. PS: I was right 20 years ago when I picked up C 18 as my first waifu :D |

| I really loved this episode. Seeing Goku train with Gohan and Kuririn was so good. Also Muten Roshi beeing involved, the good old days <3 I was surprised that Gohan could keep up with Goku even at SJ1 and that frog costume looked so silly on Goku :D Weird seeing Kuririn getting hurt by a normal pistol shot. He really got weak, but I hope his will to fight will come back. Wow so much familiar faces at the end. This wood seems not really to be normal. Looking forward to the next episode. |

| To everyone surprised by Krilin getting hurt by bullets you must remember that he hasn't been a warrior and stopped training since he started a family with #18 and that was like at least 10 years ago....it's natural to expect his strength and physical abilities to have declined... It was a nice chapter. Remembering old good days of original series. I like these fillers cuz they allow characters other than Goku, Vegeta and Bulma get finally some significant screentime. DragonBall was always a show of multiple characters and their interactions, not just a one or two men show... Comander-07 said: Also has anyone noticed how good the production quality was? | It was a really nice touch to include Tambourine, seeing as that's one of Krillin's fatal demons from his past. Not a bad filler episode, definitely an improvement from that lackluster two-parter from the last 2 weeks. |

Shueisha now is supposedly overlooking the anime's production, and the scripts are being handled by the Dragon Ball Room & Toyotarou, instead of Toei's staff. The only power that Toei has now is to animate, and even then they're being controlled by the higher ups now. Hopefully this bodes well for the upcoming arc. Source of the animator being fired? |
| These fillers have been very enjoyable. The Gohan vs. Goku fight was fun while it lasted and hope we see more in the future. I like the focus on Krillin for the episode as well and how he wants to get better. Him actually getting hurt by the bullet caught me off guard but made sense when he mentioned he quit martial arts. And nice through back to the original Dragon Ball as well. |

| The animation and the art on this episode were so good. Also, that episode bring me nostalgia, I want to rewatch Dragon Ball now. I thought Piccolo was training Gohan again. I hope something will happen in the next saga with him, I want one more epic scene with Gohan. Please, Akira! |

| Son vs Great Saiyaman was a nice bonus! Krillin hit the jackpot by having a supporting wife in #18 also I'm glad he used his old echi magazine to persuade Muten Rōshi XD I think that technique that Kame Sennin is giving as the price is the same that he used to pump himself up that would be a nice addition to Krillin arsenal and it would give him a nice power boost... Muten Rōshi and his training how nostalgic Goku looked good in that Turtle outfit. That Kame Sennin pep talk and that forest... reminded me of Yoda training Luke in Dagobah. Man all of those foes gave Krillin a beatng and 2 of them even killed in the past... In DB Krillin is then killed by getting his neck snapped by a kick from Tambourine and in DBZ Frieza murdered Krillin by blowing him to pieces... by defeating these foes this would give him the resolution to keep on fighting no matter who his opponent is and will give him some character development... |
