Even this series has one :o Not much time traveling but more family background storytelling. I think this is one of those modern day chill episodes, which I find surprisingly important considering the family history with the main characters. That cliffhanger though.. |

| Waka's wakas... Anyway, a lot of interaction between the presumably bad guys and the protags. Via BBQ! Of course, a discussion about the importance of cell phones would pop up in an episode all about Bell. I thought the Alex Bell part was just gonna be solved by Mari's dad alone which is surprising since this is the first time on screen he didn't screw up the timeline. Looks like Mari will solve whatever mishap is gonna happen next week. |

| Them pricks trying to steal the research. Problem with the time travel plot device, is that it's the most powerful weapon in all of existence. Acoustic waveform is far from simple, and light (electromagnetism, or more accurately longitudinal magneto-dielectricity) is even more complex. Converting it is a simplex in design though, clearly. |

| Mari's dad seems in a pretty good sync with Alex Bell. About woman that is. Shun looks pretty concerned about his "future" after looking at that book. Not to mention that Kuroki lady is "seducing" him. And there goes another accidental time travel saw by Mari's little sister. |

| Given how gullible everyone in this show seems to be, I keep waiting for Mari's mom to get seduced/kidnapped by her husband's rival, for Waka to deliver the book into the bad dude's hands, and for Mari's little sister to spill the beans to the bad guys. It all seems so inevitable considering how little sense of danger everyone but Shun has. |

| So they all go to the beach just because. And they meet Mikage over there. He's a sly sonuvabitch and is doing whatever he's doing to keep them busy and to get on their good side. And thanks to Rika's timely juice spilling, the important book wasn't stolen by Mikage's secretary. Good job, Rika. Mari doesn't time travel until the last minute of the episode. It's all Eiji in the past with Bell helping him get on the train to tell the world about the telephone. And Mari goes back in time in her swimsuit. Everyone will surely be losing their minds lol. |

| A kind of transitional beach episode for the plot mixed with Mari's father time travel part especially with Bell's phone invention... anyway the villain is really sticking them uh, now Mari time traveled again |
