I had more fun with this short little series than with other big budget shows that came this year. The little references to other Trigger/Gainax shows and the general over the top hot-bloodedness were just entertaining to watch. It's a typical Imaishi project that does little wrong.
The final met my expectations and I'm excited to see what will come from Trigger after that. Apparently it's finally a Little Witch Academia TV series, which I couldn't be happier about it.

Still waiting for the day Imaishi and co. give us the next Gurren Lagann, but instead we keep getting all these wacky and zany short-form anime from them. Oh, well.

This really shows how much passion Trigger put into their own works. They knew exactly what they wanted, they also knew what the fans wanted, and the fans also knew what to expect from Trigger.

As a result, this show delivers! This is essentially the greatest fan-service for Trigger fans! All the crossovers, all the over-the-top style, all the references, and finally we have Trigger-chan!

AND they announced LWA as a full TV series!! Damn Trigger, you really put a big, big smile into my face. Trigger for life!!

Ive said it once, ill say it again, IMAISHI IS GOAT!!!

This show was both deep and over-the-top in such a GLORIOUS way! The only show this year that could possibly hold a candle to it is the new Berserk. And dat Trigger chan though:

The peasant is bound by the king. The king is bound by the peasants and their kingdom. But the Viking is bound to nothing but themselves.

Luluco was Trigger's mascot Trigger-chan!?

Am I thinking too far into this or did Trigger just create a multiverse for all their anime? Is Luluco now Trigger's canon dimensional-hopper? She went to different planets based on the other Trigger anime such as Kill la Kill, Little Witch Academia, Sex, Violence and Machspeed, and Inferno Cop. According to Lalaco and Keiji she alone can now traverse dimensions, and Luluco is now dimension-hopping in search of Nova.

Will she be reappearing in other Trigger animations searching for him? Kiznaiver cameo tomorrow?

And what a way to confirm another series.

Maybe Luluco cameo in the new LWA series?

Most likely yes.

Luluco basically set up a trigger cinematic universe.
I would not be surprised if we eventually get an actual Trigger Girls show/movie with Luluco recruiting characters from other shows for something.

Now its time to watch every upcoming trigger show by looking out for her lo, turning this into literal Where's Waldol. I guess Trigger will do it the way Clamp deals with Miyuki-chan(their dimension hopping alice in wonderland character who keeps appearing in various works of theirs running with a toast in her mouth in background)

There's actually some credence to that. I just remembered the folks at Trigger were fans of Marvel. They took huge inspirations from Marvel for Kill la Kill's Elite Four Goku Uniform transformations.

Trigger's Avengers incoming? Maybe that's what their mascot Trigger Girls are. This begs the question, if Luluco is Trigger who are Muzzle and Spring?

I wonder if one will turn out to be Akko or Sucy at the end of the new LWA series.

That was one hell of a ride. I never expected this show to actually be the origin story of one of Trigger's mascots while simultaneously setting up a multiverse of all of the studio's works. I fully expect to see Luluco in future Trigger anime, small cameo or otherwise.

What a fantastic show. JUSTICE/10

Damn! Luluco! She just evolved into a cool girl. She was super cool when taking down the blackholein. And in the end she became sekushi as Miss Trigger (lol). Justice skeleton got promoted. Good for him.

This was some over the top ridiculous shit. Enjoyable from the beginning down to the last minute. Luluco was cute which made it better. And sekushi Luluco was icing on top. Need more sekushi Luluco though. Now to wait for Little Witch Academia.

Holy crap, I loved this anime definitely one of the best of the season. I like how it was as big, dumb, loud and passionate as anything Imaishi's done but in a condensed microcosm. And yeah the Trigger references were killer.

I loved Nova and Luluco's farewell. "Why must we part?" "So we can meet again!" Beautiful, animation was great there too. I liked the epilogue with older redesigned Luluco and the nod to the new LWA was cool. I'm really excited for that, see ya next Trigger.

It's so rare that I really enjoy a short . And reading the forum, I saw a lot of references to other Trigger anime. Like in Kiznaiver where you can see Luluco and Nova, I love when a studio does that.
I'm so eager to watch Little Witch Academia in anime !

HOORAY FOR THE POWER OF FIRST MUTUAL LOVE. Things went from awesome, to dire, to crazy, to dire again, to sweet, to sad, to sweet. In like 6 minutes. An amazing finale in my opinion, though a little quick. And for some reason, we get another Little Witch Academia cameo.

I look forward to the next Trigger Animation. Anyway, 9/10 from me :3

This was so great. Quite the sneaky little fuckers. Make a short TV series. MC turns out to be their mascot. Opens up a multi-verse for their series (fuck yes), and then throw in a tease for LWA at the end. I hope we see some more of Luluco.

I love the gun morph dude's voice.

Probably the best crossover series ever and holy shit that reveal. I don't how I wasn't expecting Luluco to be Trigger-chan considering that this is in fact a crossover series, but I didn't so that was awesome.

Looking forward to the LWA anime.

Loved the Cobra shot. It was a great ending for this series, who looks like a celebration of anime. Why does Luluco's post-powerup hair look so familiar to me? (the antenna looks indeed like the one from Gunbuster 2 but I am pretty sure the overall haircut comes from another thing)

5/5

That was some cute and eccentric first crush tale ! Very fun.
with multiple references to other (non-)Trigger anime. The middle eps were too focused on Trigger-fanservice, they should have kept the references as little elements, pictures or scenes rather than full environment.
To watch after their other works and with a minimal japanese animation "culture", I presume.

I'm confused. Even tho it said 'END' Luluco said 'tsuzuku' which means 'to be continued'? :o
It also said "see you next Trigger animation" referring to the whole "Ninja Slayer=Inferno Cop 2; Space Patrol Luluco=Inferno Cop 3" thing. I think what she meant by "tsuzuku" was that Trigger will continue to make poorly animated series and that she may cameo in them.

On the topic of Inferno Cop, I think this is definitely Trigger's best anime with "unique" animation. It also serves as a pretty good love story.

That was freaking great. Entertaining throughout, though I'm sure I was missing a few gags because I haven't seen everything Trigger. I kinda wished for her mom and dad to get back together and for her mom to help her find Nova, but the ending was still satisfactory.
