DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Holy shit , Ban couldnt do anything against Estarossa even with all his magic stuffs. This was actually a pretty amazing chapter, fingers crossed that Elizabeth doesnt just bring him back next chapter, and if she does hopefully it doesnt happen for a while at least. |

| Poor Ban was completely useless. Estarossa is still terrifying blowing away Ban like that. Don't think Meliodas is dead forever but damn it was still sad to watch. |

| Damn, I didn't expect that outcome. I'm pretty sure Meliodas will somehow go back to life..somehow. I didn't really expect Ban to be that useless, but ey, look at the bright side, at least Merascylla is down. I expect a twist from Nakaba-sensei, maybe since Merascylla is gone, there'll be a new member of the Ten Commandments? I dunno. I just fucking hope Meliodas can somehow go back to life. |
| Obviously, Meliodas will come back to life. Just a matter of how long it'll take. Even so, it was extremely depressing seeing everyone's reaction to him getting taken apart like that(especially Ban)... A shame Ban has lost his lover and best friend. Hope this actually pushes the Sins over the edge, since the majority of them haven't been particularly useful in these recent chapters... |

| It's sort of a given that they'll manage to bring Meliodas back to life somehow (which is fine, the cliche is sort of necessary) but holy shit this was a brutal chapter to read. |
| Welp, I guess that just happened. Ban's more than likely not dead, and Meliodas will probably be in something of coma than death. I suspect Ban will probably feel the guilt for losing both Meliodas and Elaine and maybe lead the sins for now? Wonder if Diane will get her memory back soon, and if Gowther will have any reaction to Meliodas' and Ban's "death" later. He looked pretty calm still despite them getting destroyed |

| Insane chapter. That weapon is insane. But why would Estarossa have a weapon like that specifically made to kill a demon with 7 hearts???? Really tho, the scene where Mel was getting stabbed one after another with Ban trying to stop Estarossa with every ability he has and then getting literally BLOWN to pieces while Estarossa was crying was crazy!!! Really wonder where it'll go from here????? Thing that sucks now is...Ban'll probably ind a way to revive someone and he can only choose one OTL |

| I knew Ban wasn't gonna do much against Estarossa, but wtf... he did jack shit. Like, god-fucking-damn, that was next level humiliation. Ban's emotions were palpable throughout his failing, but I lost it when Estarossa cried as he said farewell and killed Mel. Anyway, he's probably gonna end up in the Goddess Clan's realm and that's when we're finally gonna get the full flashback. Hopefully he learns the Spirit Bomb when he gets back. |

| My God ! Ban can not stand to Estarossa: it is not clear but I guess the swords invoked are related to his command? Anyway we have the precise explanation of the story of hearts: more a demon is powerful and more he has hearts, and once they are drilled, regardless of its power and regenerative abilities, he dies. The chapter is particularly intense and desperate, especially with impotence of Ban: the great hero is dead, which means the "end" of Britannia? The last image with the sun that rises, but it seems that it will not make much difference. So resurrection Meliodas? And so we will have a move to the Goddesses in the end? Anyway all these events was the emotional lift: a moment we think against the TC it's good, then after no, it's not so easy, then again stunt our heroes, but actually no, etc. Cruel! The theme of hearts can probably be connected to the love theme (central in NNT): Meliodas with a new heart: human, goddess, hybrid? Still, the theme of the resurrection returns here in the foreground, which is not incompatible with he "heart" case : - It had with Ban for a while, with the mystical place "Capital of the Dead", - We had the proposal of the Goddesses for Elaine, - Hendy had raised Helbram in "bad" version, - At the Battle of Capital, it was stated that Elie could not raise the dead, - When Hendy recounts his childhood, he says he had the task to watch over the dead to prevent them from being resurrected, - Then there Merascylla who gave us a demonstration x1000 resurrection of a person "bad" version, - Finally Meliodas officially killed by Estarossa. In any case, it's probably time for Elie to take the lead, even if it would be a big change, but whatever is "blocked" concerns Elie: - What happened to Danafor? - powers and status Origins? - And finally, what its relationship with Meliodas? A passage at the Goddesses has potentially elements to learn a little more about her. Last question: end of the arc two? Resistance or ellipse? |

| We actually got a decent chapter for once, hopefully Mel stays dead for a while, even though it's inevitable he'll come back. I just hope it doesn't happen straight away, but rather the Sins spend a few months doing other things, 'cause after seeing Ban get obliterated (literally), they need to do some training or something. |

| Holy fuck that was brutal. Felt so bad for Ban not being able to do a thing, and then he just got vaporized?! I wonder how and when he'll come back. Seeing all the other characters' reactions was also an unfortunate sight. I think it was pretty interesting seeing Estarossa cry while killing Meliodas. Maybe he didn't want to do it even though he explicitly stated that he wanted to be the one to kill him. Like others said, hopefully Meliodas stays dead for a while, we all know he's going to come back somehow, but I don't want it to be right away since that would make the impact of this chapter feel pointless. |

| Gowther not appearing to care about either death has nothing to do with him being a 10 Commandment, it's only because he has no emotion and thus can't feel sorrow and shit. |

| Estarossa crying when killing Mel was quite creepy. But it shows he still cared about Mel in some twisted way. I wonder why was he opposed to Mel's soul being eaten? The 10c might destroy liones next chapter. Will we see a time skip or Merlin hopefully? I can see Mel coming back but after more chapters. Maybe he will be back as pre-demon clan war Mel. When will they reveal why Estarossa appeared in Elizabeth's dream? I feel like Gowther might join 10c soon.... |

I thought about that too, I'm still not a huge fan of this kinda situations, maybe because of Dragon Ball where I know the MC will be back... |

Like Meliodas has actually 8 hearts and the eight heart is a human one. Or maybe Meliodas regains his real power (the awesome mark on his forehead from chapter 176) and will regenerate drastically in his rage against them. Or maybe the demons conquer the world and Meliodas returns for revenge. Well I do not know how but we will see. But I love to see that bad ass big sword of Meliodas. Reminds me of the pilot chapter. I don't know, maybe it could be something cool, but why bother kill him if you know he's gonna be brought back? I mean is there really someone who thinks he'll stay dead, or better, was sad that he died? I don't think so. Writters should try to do their own things, and this work is clearly inspired by Dragon Ball, he should try to be more 'original' (tho whatever he does it's probably been used in other stories, but the exectuion would be a bit different). So far in this series nothing impresses me, its still entertaining, and the action is cool, but it's just another average shounen. |
