| For me, maybe because of Hotaru Shidare, who is uniquely beautiful (similar to the levels of Kaori Miyazono of Your Lie in April), much better than many other anime's main female leads that are considered 'beautiful' these days, and basically, her antics for sweets. |

I don't know, I've seen poster I liked it and I started watching. And what I can say? It's great, I don't usually like comedy, but this is really funny. And art is freaking amazing in any aspect alongside with animation. It feels like old good times of Feel studio. |

| Because it's something different. An anime based on a candy shop (lol wtf), with fun characters and appealing art style and animation. The atmosphere is very chill too and the comedy is great. Also Hotaru's got that ahegao face |

| Aside from the fan-service everyone is pointing out, let's give credit where it's due. The idea is different than most other shows, the art styling is pretty cool, the humour and characters are a lot of fun, and it's an all-around pretty chill show. It is probably popular for a lot of the same reasons "The Devil is a Part-Timer" was popular, and personally I think it has the comedy chops to potentially be just as good. The first episode definitely had me smiling ear-to-ear for multiple scenes. And, yeah, the girls ain't bad to look at either. |

| Good season. Better compared to the last season. Winter always is best. Then it continues worse getting better until next winter. I knew this show would be interesting when I saw the char design of the main girl. Also the description did not seem to boring. I got what I expected - some comedy mix with maybe a bit love scenes and plot about the girl trying to make the guy new owner of the shop to get his father to join her company. Certainly better than some other pure romance (feels boring and too forced and slow) or comedy (usually boring stuff and some people even think "girls doing nothing" like Lucky Star is comedy when it is a sleeping drug). I like it. One of the better shows this season and best comedy/romance mix for a long time. (At least from episode 1 it seems it could be a bit more romance with the other girl being involved and their brother that might hit on the other girl.) |
