THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER.
----------------------------------------
The only thing out is the Korean scan, but still some interesting stuff to see without knowing what is being said. Notably:

 • Rakshas' true Apostle form
 • Erica kidnapped
 • Silat appearing stronger than before (and a flashback to his fight with Guts; assuming he's talking about how he learned something from that fight)
 • and Rakshas mildly injured

All in all, I'm ready for the English version!

EDIT: Have now read the English. Looks like what I surmised from the Korean is essentially correct. I'm betting another Apostle will intervene in the next chapter; someone has to, I think, for this fight to finish and for Rickert/Silat to escape.

At least there is Gutsu in a mini flashback >_<

Seriously, could some of you just shut the fuck up about Guts for now ?
We all love him, but for now the time has come for Rickert & The Bakiraka to shine.

Why would somebody even expect to see him after how 339 ended ?

A switch to him right now, would compltely ruin the fluidity of this current scenario involving the Bakiraka and Rakshas.

So here's a rough summary. Bear in mind there might be inaccuracies.

The city sleeps and Rakshas is tailing Rickert from the rooftops. As he gets down and closes in for the kill, fireworks light up, surrounding and revealing he's fallen for a trap. Rickert opens fire with the repeating crossbow he'd been carrying in an inconspicuous box. Looking from a window overhead, Luca comments that it seems it has started. She warns Erika not to approach the scene until the battle is over, that it's not fit for women and children. She also warns her girls not to try to peep, because if they're caught by the Demon Soldiers, they'll be either killed on the spot or arrested for helping traitors.

Rickert sprays Rakshas with arrows and exclaims that he got him. But as Rakshas' body slumps down, another one rises up from below. He grabs his mask, on which an arrow is notched, and says: "I told you... my head isn't necessarily there." He then complains upon looking at the damage: "Awww, I wear a new mask and it's already damaged... Only bad things are happening to me today, *sob*". Rickert uses the opportunity to try and shoot him some more, but Rakshas flicks his hand and sends the arrow he just removed from the mask right in Rickert's shoulder. He tells him he's got amazing guts to be fighting against him instead of running away. Rickert replies that he was once tracked by his kind for dozens of miles (referring to the boar apostle), so he knows he can't easily run away from him. Rakshas replies: "Indeed... many apostles have a fixation... Especially because they're all attracted by the Falcon. Me too. However, I... want to kill the Falcon with my own hands."

Silat uses that opportunity to strike. Rakshas dodges the Urumi (he recognizes the weapon), but they cut into his cloak. Silat calls him "joyful murderer", and tells him he's really unqualified to be an assassin. An assassin shouldn't feel joy when they kill somebody, and that's a fatal flaw among the Bakiraka. An assassin should bring death, not taunt their target. He then tells him he'll slash him into rags. Rickert thinks to himself: "Great". Silat sees Rakshas' face move within the cloth. He tells Rakshas that "the same tactic won't work twice" and manages to slash his face with a blade held between his toes. Tells him "you're finished" as he's about to administer the death blow, but Rakshas calmly responds: "the blades can't cut me anymore". The fabric has ensnared them.

The apostle goes on the offensive and Silat defends with his Katars. Rakshas comments that Silat's skills really have improved. That he used to only be arrogant because he was the son of the chief. And that he (Rakshas) was careless just now. Silat replies that it's true, he used to be arrogant. But that, on a battlefield, he was put in his place by a man (using an idiom about his nose being disjointed). "After that, I practiced everyday to be good enough to manage in this harsh world." Rickert, who's been a witness to all of this, realizes that Silat is talking about Guts.

Rakshas tells him that the fireworks are going to go out soon. "I, Rakshas, will be shattered into the dark. When the flames are extinguished, so will be your life."
Silat says: "you're late". The Tapasa reply: "sorry for keeping you waiting, master. We're ready." They use the water spraying device as a flamethrower against Rakshas. Rickert exclaims: "We got him!" Silat comments that filling that device with oil to shoot fire from it was a great idea. Meanwhile, the girls are worried because of the fire. Erika suddenly gets going, despite Luka yelling at her to stop.

Rakshas is burning. He tells them: "don't look at me... don't look at me... don't shine a light on me" as he transforms into his apostle form. Rickert comments that he's a reborn demon (i.e. apostle); that it's the true form of Rakshas. Rakshas, now huge, grabs a horse through a roof and splits it open over himself. Rickert realizes that he was trying to put out the flames with the horse's blood. The Tapasa swear at him, and Rakshas throws half a horse at them, destroying the flamethrowing device. He comments on the fact he's still burning a bit. Erika arrives, worried about Rickert. Luka's running after her, but to no avail. Rakshas snaps her up in an instant, and holds her up high in the sky as Rickert screams her name.

So...Now I personally got confirmation of the thing I have suspected a while...Rakshas is same as Griffith and Others....An Apostle!!

and looks like citizen of Falconia are scared of them...as sure hell as they should be...never trust An Apostle...Though Rakshas is one of the Craziest 1 of them it seems...so Entranced by Griffith that he wants to kill him? *Shudder*

Damn I am enjoying fight between Bakiraka Clan members...amazing fight.

Guts is changing his enemies, those that are Lucky Ones that survive encounter with him and are not Apostle...MC SHOUNEN (Or is it SEINEN because this is Berserk?) CHARM!!!! XD

LOL...They made Flamethrower!!!! and Rakshas uses his Final Form....Erica....Luca...ERICA THE FOOL!!! WHY THE HELL SHE CAME THERE!!?!?!

Damn that was a awesome chapter, my fav one since Berserk returned, the fight was awesome, and what he did with horse's blood was really cool.

Nice cliffhanger too, but knowing Miura, the girl will get split in half next chapter lol.

Great chapter. Don't get me wrong, I like Erica a lot, but she always does some stupid shit. Why the hell did she go out. She totally messed things up BIG TIME. Other than that, SILAT is beginning to be one of my favorite characters. I see a lot of progress in his character. That fight with Raksas was insane.

I hope they're setting Silat up to be a very useful ally for Guts& co and the future and don't kill him off anytime soon.
And of course Erica had to go and do the stupidest thing possible.
I don't know who I dislike more, Erica or Isidro.

Well isn't that obvious dude ?

Erica's been with Rickert for their first apostle encounter and been at his side when fending off monsters. She knows it's dangerous, but she's survived thus far and it's probably given her a false sense of invulnerability.
She also obviously loves and cares for Rickert, and she already declared that she would follow him into danger. When people sense someone they love is in danger, they do irrational things. It may be a trope, but it happens quite a bit in real life.

Also keep in mind she is a child.

Indeed, you have a good point there. Nevertheless, because she is a child, I'd expect her to be more scared, and with all the time they have been confronted with appostles/monsters, she should be more aware how dangerous it can be by now. Yes, love can lead to perform irrational actions; I just didn't like how it turned out. We will see in the next chapters whether this will lead to Rickerts character development (because of Erica's possible death), or just a rescue Erica mission, which feels kinda cheap, and possibly unnecessary for the story.

I feel like another person/Apostle will come into play within the next 1-2 chapters. Someone to say "Down, Rakshas!" So maybe this is sort of the climax for before someone comes in and calms everyone down.

In this Chapter one thing really caught my attention!!!
Rakshas:
1) Talked about other apostles
2) Then said "I am the same" and lastly
3) "Which is why I want to killl the Falcon with my own hands"

I already knew Rakshas wanted to kill Griffith but now from what I read I can only deduce other apostles have this desire too?? Whattt??????

So why do they follow him?
Are they obligated or something?
I thought they followed him cause they worshiped him like a god or something.
Do they want to kill God? Just like the Emperor? So why don't they work together?
Am I missing something obvious here guys??? Did I lost anything in the translation?
.
.
Otherwise nice chapter!!! Can't wint for the next one!

Well, she is scared. But more so scared for her brother. She values Rikert's life more than her own one, hence she is motivated by the same feelings Guts had when he sacrificed his arm, or when Shierke saw Flora's mansion on fire.

I don't think it's fair to dump her like that.

Personally i don't think she will die. If Miura would have wanted her dead already, then rakshas would have killed her instantly instead of just catching her. Somebody will just probably intervene quickly, the obvious choice seems to be Daiba as of now.

I think he was just saying that he was like other Apostles in that they will tenaciously follow something. This goes not only for a sacrifice (as Rickert said), but also for Griffith. Rakshas definitely has some sort of history that is to be revealed regarding his desire to kill Griffith though, because so far he and Ganishka have been the only Apostles I can remember with the intent of killing/becoming more powerful than Griffith/Femto. Most others seem either to follow him somewhat begrudgingly (Zodd) or with zeal (Locus).

Rickert... That's about it lol. Way to ruin a good chapter. This kind of crap usually isn't Miura's style. There ain't a single reason why she would do that. I'm actually mad right now.

Edit: I actually kinda hope it turns out she really had a reason that has yet to be revealed... No matter how unlikely it may be. Getting a bit desperate, I guess...

This sort of reminds me of waaay back to the beginning of the manga. Remember when monsters were attacking and Guts told that one little girl to stay inside the wagon so she'd be safe? Remember how she went out anyways, got brutally impaled, and Guts laughed at her stupidity?

Erica will probably be fine, but if she dies I agree that she had it coming.
