| I'm one of the few people that liked Jojo part 1 more than part 2, because the series still felt fresh in the first 9 episodes, and Battle Tendency was just more of the same (Joseph is amazing, though). In other news, Kick-Ass was a case of Darkness-induced audience apathy for me. It was fine up to a certain point, but during the last act, I couldn't give a damn about what was going on. |

I find AssClass so boring lately, I may not even watch the 2nd season. Whereas Shokugeki no Souma is so good I wanna read the manga. well, the murican beef girl is actually the worst arc of the manga imo. So you'll probably enjoy it even more. Ass Class has some worthwhile arcs and other meh ones, it keeps switching. The best arcs are probably the "Class A x Class E" ones, maybe just read the manga. |

| God i wish jojo part 3 was always as good as the finale has been(pet shop to where were at now), seeing how good this part has been sadly makes me look even more critically on the parts before this, there are so many throwaway fights that frankly were just a waste of time and not fun at all(allessi, zz top, generally most of the 1st season as a whole) and makes me think this series should have never been as long as it was, it should of been longer than part 2 no doubt but it did not need this huge a length considering how many of the fights lack thought when you see the ones that actually have it. Actually what about Punchline too? arslan senki, i hadnt watched far but i really enjoyed the first 3 episodes, though i can definitely see arakawa's version making the action a bit too over the top for its own good. I'm putting it on hold simply cause i think it'll be better enjoyed watching after its done airing than during a seasonal. but i may pick it up again later on in summer if i get the urge to Punchline is so much fun, it may look like a shameless ecchi on the surface....and its kind of aware of that, but there is an honest to god solid mystery there and episode 5+ have just been a blast to see unfold. One of the shows i look foreword to the most in the week, just be patient for it to get to the goodies Kekkkai sensen is probably my fav of the season not including gintama, you shouldnt go into it expecting anything more than just over the top craziness though it is building up a resolution quite nicely through the way of excellently used anime only scenes that are so well implemented i wouldnt of known they were anime only unless you told me. Its a really fun and really creative series that has a real enthusiasm that really shows that the staff loves making it, the director is also someone who may wind up being a fav of mine later down the line since i loved her previous work and this one so far and hope she keeps up the good work, she has a really unique style. |
