| fantastic animation quality. dat dance scene. *_* Amira is a funny character and Favaro, too. chara design might be inspired by some other famous charas, but i think, they will be more memorable than the usual anime charcters out there. i rly like the spanish touch of the fantasy world, its something special you dont see often in animation shows. ^^ opening song is not my world, i hate the most of metal … but the animation of the opening was great. ending is nothing special … nice style, but thats it. |

I can't wait to see what happens next! I'd actually love it if he goes through whole show that way, looking for his own interests but with everything falling in place to make him look like benevolent hero, which continuously pisses him off. An then the end of show he has huge golden statue as world's savior in the middle of the capital city and all that does is piss him off. |

| I found this episode to be like the turning point of the anime, or at least it seems like it. Like consider this: 1) Amira's all cute-sy now and wow how hyper she becomes after some booze (Like!) 2) Favaro plays the role of the hero that ends up in trouble for his liessss. 3) Kaiser! (He's cool but he's those "gotta redeem myself" characters. I expect some development from him.) I loved this episode in general. The art looks beautiful and the designs for the Orleans knights as well as the background characters were well done. The OP and ED are fitting. Especially love the OP, sounds so epic. 5/5. The plot does develop quickly and the pacing is quick, but the transition from a serious to a carefree environment is nice. When Amira gets all intoxicated, her character took a full 180. (YES)  |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |

| 4/5 Episode knows that entertain well, both visually and sound, narration that mixes warmth and atmosphere of the south with others of a different kind, the beauty is that this coupling does not stride. I am satisfied with this TV series! The animations are fluid, a little less than those of the CG. The soundtrack is beautiful, the characters are showing up already with a high level of characterization. I look forward to the next episode. |

| This episode was fun and awesome! Favaro, the afro guy, sure is fun to be with. Amira was cool in this episode. Turning in to a demon and finishing off enemies in a flash. The animation makes this series more unique. Pretty good! |
| Okay, this was awesome. This show's been like the pure definition of fun so far: everything about it is entertaining af. Heck even the humour manages to keep a bit of that over-the-topness you find in so many animus while still remaining tasteful and fresh. I swear, that episode got me rolling way too many times. I LOVE the fact that Favaro is such a complete, unapologetic asshole that would literally kill or sell out a lone girl looking for a few pennies and somehow still manages to be super likeable! Also, just watching Amira kicking ass and getting drunk is such a treat. Really, I hope MAPPA can keep this up, cause so far I'm sold. edit: oh, and the dancing scene was one of the more detailed and vivid ones I've ever been given to watch in anime. Seriously. |

| Great animation, great soundtrack, great characters. Pretty much great everything. I especially enjoyed Favaro and Amira's dance, wonderfully executed animation/direction. I love the world they are building in each episode and is something I hope they build on every week. So much personality in this series. |

| This is so good it scares me. Anime originals have been hopelessly dropping the ball this year, and I'm terrified that this will join the rest of that sorry crop. Stay good Bahamut, I need you -- anime needs you! Suffice to say I'm loving the fuck out of nearly everything about this show, so I won't excessively gush, but perhaps the thing I love most about it is how 'Hollywood' it feels. The direction and tone just scream old swashbuckler flicks, and the absence of numerous 'animeisms' -- most notably the lack of boring vanilla protagonists, excessive and obvious fanservice, etc. -- that plague the rest of the medium is a nice breath of fresh air for me. In a lot of ways, this synthesis of West and East reminds me of Avatar The Last Airbender, only with a more saucy adult flavor. It's so weird that I'm totally diggin' tropes that are old as dirt in other mediums just because they're being applied to anime, but there you go. |

| The main issue I had with this episode was the way Amira's personality changed on a dime. She goes from shady stoic girl to loud and bubbly girl. It was so sudden that it felt unrealistic. Other than that though, I love it! Awesome OP too! |
