| Things got interesting me thinks. Jumped into different subs, so I must of missed out on certain hints. Quite a bit has taken place. The CG is still there. If that remains, this series won't get a nine from me, let alone an eight. I dislike it immensely. And ran into spoilers in this thread. Thanks a lot. I don't understand the hate for Hokuto (I don't find her grating somehow). |

| Always takes just one random fail character to totally screw everything up. Hokuto was quite annoying and pushy but its still sad that she died and became that paper talisman. Well... at least she confessed to him which was a rather nice and touching moment imo. Still wondering how did she become a familiar (and was she Harutora's?) |

| IS ANYONE GOING TO TALK ABOUT THE SFX/BGM VOLUMES? Ugh, whoever worked on the audio of this show really needs to look it over because sometimes the sound effects are super loud while the talking is very quiet. My ears... Anyway, it was a mediocre episode. Better than episode 1 though. I expected Hokuto to die since the previous episode because she just had those vibes. Honestly, she wasn't that bad nor was she memorable. At least her death served a purpose towards the plot. |

| Really liked this episode! Suzuka is so broken, emotionally. She had to endure all those gruesome experiments with no choice in the matter. It could be that because she doesn't know what else to do with her life, like she became one of the generals but now what? Her beloved brother is dead so she tries to find meaning by embarking on this self-destructive path. Truly pitiful. Really didn't want to believe that Hokuto died there...I liked her from the first episode and the flashback only made me feel even more upset. She didn't die in vane though, hell no she didn't. Her wish finally came true, Harutora finally stopped running away from himself and chooses to become an onmyoji. She even managed to confess her love to Harutora, after saving his life! Jeez, I hope they bring her back. 4/5 (Not a 5 because of problems with SFX) |

Both of them are underrated anime of this season. Unbreakable machine doll , Sida animation , stupid plot ,fanservice => high rank . |

| Since Hokuto was demonstrably not a human being, but was an artificial magical creation (shikigami) whose physical essence was the inscribed paper, I'm willing to give him a pass on the lack of clothes rending, hair pulling, and covering himself with ashes. He does mark her passing by honouring her frequent pleas for him to take up his magical heritage by becoming Natsume's familiar. As for Hokuto, she fulfilled her purpose, part of which I suspect was to protect Harutora. My respect for Natsume grows, for it must take an enormous amount of spiritual power to create a shikigami that not only behaves like a person, but also one that develops human feelings and emotions. I'm curious to see how the relationship develops, now that Harutora has become a human familiar to Natsume. |

| Natsume said "Hurrtora", the same thing that Hokuto said. I'm assuming Hokuto is Natsume's shikigami that was sent to watch over Harutora. Though I could be wrong. |
| So the girl can completely steal all of someones magical energy with a simple sting from a bee/wasp shikagami? I can't help but see this as a "Why the hell didn't she just do that" plothole in the future. Also, this show definitely in the top 3 for worse CGi this season. Funny how it only showed the female person getting constricted by the webs... Bondage fetish? |
| I'm probably stupid for not understanding what just happened. Was Hokuto a real human or not? It seemed like she was... but her death made it seem like she might not be. But if she's a familiar and Harutora just became one, I'm not sure what the difference between them is. Hopefully there will be some explaining next episode. Honestly, I feel really bad for not crying there... because I friggen loved Hokuto in the short showtime she had, and my eyes only watered up, kinda aggravates me that her death was treated so meaninglessly... *close friend dies after confessing her love* *runs away* "let me be your familiar ... it's so pretty!" | Spirit power sucking = tentacle rape? Looks like 8-Bit still has some tricks up their sleeve. Harutora is pretty durp, and wth is this with being her familiar? Is this going to turn into that? I still have a lot of doubts about this since it's made by 8-Bit, but so far it's not too bad really. |

O_O Very interesting narrative, at times when it was about to verge on boredom, changes pace and manages to movimentarsi with a good dose of action! * _ * Designs that are beautiful to the end and on the occasion of the tragic epilogue give the best of them with the face of Harutora really gorgeous ... I mean awesome! XD I'm sorry that it is already over for Hokuto, this part of the plot struck me very much. CG animations and very good. For now, the main characters are and were quite distinctive. |

| The only problems i had, were the unnecessary banana licking, the girls death(forgot her name) and the ending where hokuto uses her tong for the ceremony. I'v read the manga already so i already new before hand, but that girls death never moves me at all. also, yea, the running in the rain scene, the animation was pretty bad there... I adore the manga, but the etchii stuff in the anime is so exaggerated. |

| I don't know if this is just bad luck on my choice of where to watch it, but the sound effects are exponentially louder than the voices and it's like scraping a chalkboard while muttering under your breath. Anyway, the episode itself was good enough, it was a bit predictable Hokuto was going to take the fall, but still was disheartening to see. I was surprised to find out she was a familiar though, and the scene with Harutora running through the rain, screaming out was moving. The ceremony at the end had a sensual air about it, looks like his days of easygoing are now over. Also the CG is cool and all, but it looked kinda awkward in some scenes when next to the characters, it's like Who Framed Roger Rabbit's successor or something. |

| Watched the first 2 episodes. Looks amazing so far , 8/10. Though people like me(who are not used to see blood in inappropriateway found that certain-scene was rather disgusting. There must be some-other-way right .ugh yuck |

| uh a couple of things I didn't really understand. 1)why didn't MC pick up hokuto's call? he should have been dying to apologize to her after what happened 2)how did purple hair know that he kissed the blonde chick? I don't remember her being there and I highly doubt he would have told her about it before hand |

| That was an awesome episode, a lot of intense moments and action, though the cgi is a little bit out of place. It looks too realistic for my tastes. Also poor Hokuto, I liked her character :( And dat ritual with the whole licking thing ... weird |
