| Accelerator and Touma need to make their appearances soon. Watching Misaka's friends buy swimsuits is cool and all, but just isn't interesting enough to hold my attention for 10+ minutes :/ Seems like its getting to the bulk of things now so I don't think I have to worry. |

Remember when Misaka tried to read manga in the bookstore and realized that her manga chapter wasn't there that week because there had just been a double issue? The manga chapter that Mikoto was reading from was the Dengeki Daioh magazine (whatever it's called) which publishes railgun. I'm guessing this means one of two things: either railgun manga chapter comes out slightly later this time because of the double issues we got which were relatively short spaced or this means that we are getting a new chapter next week because they said that this week there wasn't one but probably made it clear that next week will have one. The last time they showed the magazine was on episode 4 of season 1 railgun. BTW this version of the Dengeki magazine they showed is the one from (I think) June 2012 (got information from ToaruMajutsuNoIndex wiki if you are interested) so it appears that this might mean railgun chapter is coming soon. Brace your fingers! I'm pretty sure that was in the original Railgun manga. I doubt it means anything pertaining to real life (such as when we will or won't get a new chapter). |

| Looking at Misaka's clone I wouldn't mind Misaka with long hair. Also I gotta remember to watch after the credits since there's one more scene. |

| Pretty chill start to this episode, and the awakening of Misaka #9982 sure was interesting. Misaka with kids, pretty chill again, and sweet of course. Loved her gecko face there. She finally meet her clone, was about time, and omg at the scene after the ED, damn, looks like shit will go down and brutal as hell. Do not disappoint me here, JC Staff. And according to the preview, its time for ACCELERATOR!!! Ohhh yeahhh!  |

| I like how they drew MISAKA 9982 eyes like that. (Though I have no problems with the blank eyes of the clones which succeeded her, those eyes suit them too lol). So I thought, maybe the eyes become like that (more robotic) because they rushed the production of the next clones. I think one of the scientists mentioned something about fine-tuning them one-by-one for a better result. Excited for the next episodes! :D |

| Mikoto reading a copy of Dengeki Daioh... brilliant. Would've been funnier if it was a copy of Dengeki Hime, though. It was interesting to see one of Mikoto's clones with long hair for a change. That's what Mikoto herself could look like if she had long hair. Although she's only that way because she's "brand new" and will get her hair cut to match the original (I have to wonder what's the point of dressing them all up like Mikoto if they're all going to be killed anyway). So the particular clone with the spotlight this episode is MISAKA #9982, huh. We all know she's going to meet a tragic fate... just like the 15 or so other bodies of her biological sisters in that room she's been ordered to clean up. :( It was inevitable, but Mikoto finally meets one of her "sisters". Things start to get serious next episode. Even if she's probably just a one-episode side character, I'd still like to know who voiced the female scientist with the red frame glasses. She sounds a bit familiar. "Has your collector spirit ever fired up, making you go on a mindless rampage to get everything related to something you really like?" Yep, me and my wallet have gone through some dark times in the past. Nope, I don't know what you're talking about... |

| 5/5 Episode suitable for framing, nothing really unique in the narrative, but it is intense pathos that is perceived. Plot that lingers in bringing us to the big meeting, but entertains us in a very good! Now we meet her, but he will not fail to arrive early! * _ * Dialogues pleasant, especially when the little boy says to the other kid to go to change money, citing the justification: Those are the eyes of a fool, I burst out laughing! XD Design and nice animations. Misaka rules! For the great involvement that I perceived, and for the good performance in the total of the episode, the vote is up! |

| This is really interesting. The extra background information on the Sister's arc is very well written. After a subpar episode 1 that wasn't necessary if you watched ep. 1 of index and railgun season 1, it really picked up. And she finally meets her first clone. That massacre of clones in the lab lol. So they are experimenting on Accelerator too =D. Poor level 5's attract too much attention. |
| Only Misaka can be that perseverant for a freaking badge xD It's happening! IT'SHAPENING!! She encountered her and from teh preview, I expect a good mind-fuck from Misaka. Was it 9982? Or something like that? Did they really do 9982 clones of Misaka in 3 MONTHS?!! How fast can they be? Damn, that's some massive production. That creepy after-credit scene... Because, yeah, you MUST watch the after credit scene if you didn't. At first, with how the cute assistant was reacting, I thought she didn't you what they were doing with the clones, but can you be so emotionally detached to humans? Even if they are predetermined humans, they still are legally by term humans. Yet, they are used as some meat. |

| Misaka 9982? When are we getting our Misaka 10032 best sisters? Misaka being weird is weird lol. Also I just realized something weird. Aren't those sisters eyes a bit different than in Index? Also oh shit... that post credit scene. FUCK! I feel bad for the sisters! We're probably gonna see Accelerator right? |
