| Looks like Medaka is still the MC, but I think Zenkichi and Kumagawa will be apart of the Wedding Feast. Maybe Zenkichi will take the Tsurubame representative title from Medaka, and it will turn into a Scott Pilgrim style manga. A man can dream. |

| I hope Zenkichi joins it; but what I'm wondering about is what is labeled as coincidence anymore; because that is Zenkichis "Devil Style" right? to remove such events; to literally screw with plot hax; so wouldn't his power deny this sort of event? well in any case interesting start to the arc; i don't like the idea of arranged marriage from the get go; so looking for to Medaka owning them all; tho i doubt it will be that easy.... |

| So,are we finally gonna leave this bloody school for once?It's like they practically live there.Do they even have families? Jokes aside,this one chapter set up the plot of the whole arc quite well.It's to stop the 2nd contest used to decide who Medaka's groom will be so she can keep her youth.Her foes will be her family(the most powerful family in the world I think) & the families of the proposed grooms (these families are trying to get involved with the Kurokami family).The 1st contest was a massacre & the winner was killed In short,greedy people are trying to take the freedom of a young girl to give power even if people die,so she rebels to keep it & stop a 2nd massacre. I have no idea why I summed it up,but it's here for confused readers :D. |

| This arc seems kinda stupid a load of people wanted to get married to a 13 year old 3 years ago and now they doing it again when she's 16. Should be fun nonetheless. Zenkeichi will ally with Medaka and will probably be the last guy standing so he'll marry Medaka |

Medaka herself wasn't really the focus. Political marriages are often like this. |

I don't think so: all Devil Style seems to do is nullify the coincidences surrounding him. It doesn't seem like it would work for any events he isn't directly involved in, going by the description. |

Who wouldn't want to have that in bed. And with her op status and abilities can you imagine how awesome sex would be? She would blow your brains out. Anyway i guess is Zenkichi chance to make Medaka completely his by joining the fray. He could join the black marriage thing and if Medaka loses he could win it for her or maybe fight her in the end and basically make it like a proposal by letting her decide if she wants him to give his all and try to beat her so he can marry her or forfeit the fight Doubt things will go like that though. The author will mix more things probably. |

| "Before being happy, I want to be free!" As an adult, that really jives with me. Being happy and trapped is worthless. Being free and miserable is how humans should be. Medaka solves people's problems to make them happy, so that she can be happy. Her happiness is tied to other's happiness. I realise this is overdue, but no one should have to live their life being bound to another person's fragile and capricious emotions. Zenkichi speaks the truth. Before living for others, live for yourself. And if after living yourself, you still want to live for others, then that's completely fine. It's finally time for Medaka's quest for self-discovery. |
