| this episode was alright. Kaiji partner for this gamble didnt seem right to me at first but i guess no harm is done since their using his cash. Well can't wait to see how this arc turns out. |

| Sakazaki is not trying to screw Kaiji over. Guy is waaaaay to desperate for that. The best people to trust are the people who've lost it all already. I'm pretty sure Kaiji is a vital part of his plan and since he's in on the trick now Kaiji has all the power to F him back should the need arise. |

| I have a feeling that the part that they mentioned about how the house puts in 300 million if someone wins will come into play. Remember, as it is right now, he'd just be winning other peoples' money, but if he goes for a second win after they win the first time, he can actually take a personal shot at them. It's either that, or this guy screws him and takes 100% of the money, since he really has no guarantee he'll cough up 10%, so Kaiji is forced to play for the house's 300 million himself with what remaining money he has. That's what I figure anyway. |

Not sure why Kaiji had a problem with the illegally obtained money, everything he's done up to this point has been in the shadows of society anyway. Maybe it has more to do with how it was taken.
