| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Excellent episode and pleased with the progression. Art is still amazing for this series. This episode's charms although some generic did give us a nice loli that is clumsy despite being very cheerful, yes indeed Minato is cute and more insight into dream demons variations, with this one being named Ichima, being a sorts of Old Japanese maiden. It can rather turn nasty but also cute from the way Merry attacked it and its reactions. Also Merry was interesting herself with good comedy in regards to the donuts and again the famous landing on Yumeji. I got really sexually excited at that Merry pose. That's very rare usually at something simple as that. On the other hand Chizuru living so lonely and strangely got me fearing the worst. That is she really is a vessel also from her eyes changed. I was surprised at how Minato looked when Yumeji aura scanned her, scarry to say the least. Yumeji reminiscing his time with his father playing kick the can was nice. Itsuma's attacks were to say the least gigantic although Merry fighting is always a nice site.The end of the episode intrigued me with what appears a Angel female with a red crystal having damaged a dream demon and kill him. It was just the classical ghost is jealous of vessel's friends and wants to keep her to herself. It was the end that wants you wanting more to find out what it was about. |

| I'm starting to see the pattern in the story, but it doesn't mean the show is predictable in any way as I could be wrong later on. P.S: Bah, I'm starting to miss the Nakata Johji catman...though our cute loli Minato and Merry, who just came back, made up for it. :D |

I think it's time for them to start moving the plot along instead of just introducing characters every episode. Yumeji is a pretty different change of protagonist. He's actually quite level headed and thinks things through instead of running head on or act like a complete wimp. We need more of this. lol at slayer545 and getting "sexually excited" |

| I miss Chaser John Doe. I thought he was so cool, so I hope he comes back. XD And yet another character is introduced at the end of the episode. They haven't even shown us what the transfer student is all about, although that's probably because she's going to turn into something more than a single episode character like the two in this episode and the last one. Loved the scene where Merry was watching the clouds turn into the donuts, and then when she was drooling over the donut the catgirl had. She's awesome. ^_^ I really wish this show had more than 13 episodes. |

| This show has some good animation (IE: Cute girl characters). Watching this and Mahou Shoujo Madoka back-to-back may result in an overload of said cuteness. I wonder when things will get serious, since there are obvious some enemies in the waiting. Only 13 episodes after all. Definitely gonna finish this series in any case, just really interesting. |

| Gotta love Merry and her addiction to donuts. It''s like Shana's addiction to melon bread. Also liked the Seiyuu for the creepy Kimono girl. Her interchanging voice made her more creepy. Still can't feel a bit bad for that kmono girl. Maybe all she wanted was a friend. Probably couldn't let go of her because she lost friends in the past. |

| It feels like its getting better, I enjoyed this episode. I felt sorry for the little girl, but I hope that she finds friends. I'll be looking forward to next week's episode. |

| Is it a trend always to broadcast 13 episodes of an anime? I'd love to see some 24er's again, where the plot can slowly develop and come to an good ending. It's all about a possible second season ~o~ This episode was really interesting again, but i don't like how Merry fights the Dream-Demons. Pulling your check then clap you into the other world xD Can't she get a Katana like Shana? :O Looking forward to next episode, seems pretty promising |

| The ONLY thing that is bothering me is that the angles for the action scenes are disgusting. To tell the truth i don't know if i can call this an action show despite the fact that she 'beats' the enemy. The whole daydream stuff is still awesome though. |

It's all about a possible second season ~o~ Problem is, for an unproven series, its hard for tv channels to be able to just give them 24-26 episodes without already being an established manga/novel. 12-13 is good for test runs, and if it becomes popular, it can get a 2nd season. |

| Ok, now there's no denying Yumekui Merry is the best new series of the season. Once again, characterization and development shone, the direction is simply superior, the atmosphere is perfect for a series focused on dreams and both OP and ED are great. |
