| Quite nice second episode! The new gray haired character is for sure the sister from the gray haired girl from his class and what a funny ending another new character introduction ending with a cliffhanger! |

| This episode was great, and had a surprising backstory to it. Let me be honest here, Aizawa Yuuichi has a god damn harem!! What did he do in the past to involve so many girls and best part is he doesn't even remember...Haven't watched the 2006 version, but so far this 2002 one is highly decent. Will be expecting better characterisation from here, though 13 episodes... |

| It's been a while and I've been meaning to watch more of this show sooner. Here we go! The cold open is a bunch of snowflakes that have the previous episode's events on them as we hear a girl talking about a dream that she dreamt. I wonder if this will be the cold open for the rest of the episodes. I wouldn't mind if that was the case. Yuichi transfers into Nayuki's class at school and gets headbutted by Ayu again after school in the middle of more of her taiyaki theft antics haha. Looks like Yuichi recognizes Ayu's headband which looks similar to the one in his room, to which Ayu responds by telling him that someone special gave it to her... Then the two realize that they have met each other before seven years ago..... and Ayu headbutts into a tree in her attempt to give Yuichi a reunion hug. XD Yuichi also meets Shiori after that, and learns the next day that she shares the same last name as Nayuki's friend Kaori... but Kaori gets very angry at Yuichi's questions. Also strange girl with grudges hides under a box while stalking Yuichi..... don't know how she fit in there while walking around in the district but okey dokey I guess lol |

| Apart from not so optimal animation, I don't see anything bad with it yet. From ep 1, I immediately watched ep 2. With another new girl appearing at the end of this episode, I would've watched ep 3 this evening, if not for the fact that I have something else I need to do. If it is making me want to watch the next episode each it ends, it must be doing something right. Anyway, Ayu, stealing is wrong. Just pay the poor oji-san, will ya? |

| Yuuichi's reunion with Ayu and his dream of them hanging out as kids was pretty cute. This show's standard of developing a girl and then introducing a new one is quickly forming! Shiori's an artsy girl who's prone to illness, yet she waited in the cold for several hours at the school anyways. It has to 100% be to see Kaori. Too bad Kaori pretended like she didn't know anything about her when Yuuichi brought her up. I wonder what's up with that. New angry girl sneaking around in a box wasn't in my expectations. Yuuichi there is clearly a lot you've forgotten about! |
