| The intricate sword lore they've crafted is pretty interesting; it holds so much promise. I'm eager to unravel the tale of their origins, the enigma behind their theft, and the formidable power they now possess. Additionally, as was made clear in the last chapter, Chihiro's father met a tragic end. Nevertheless, I suspect there are deeper layers to this event that remain veiled, and I'm keen to witness what unfolds next. |

So I've been banned from MAL-Badges, after spending nearly two years of my time and dedication to helping out, being the club's spokesperson, and planning for the revamp, it all goes down the fucking drain. What a joke the club has become. I advise everyone to stop using the feature and stop showing their support for the site and the club. We were promised that we will see changes come to the site, and nothing's been done for the past year. I doubt the site will be touched for the foreseeable future. If you're angry and annoyed about the lack of development, then good, you should be. |

| We got to see what happened to his dad which is something I hoped for after the previous chapter, and it was pretty much what I'm sure we all expected. An ambush at the hands of the people Chihiro is aiming to destroy. His sword is the 7th enchanted sword created by his father and he's looking for the other 6 that were stolen. Looks like they already have a lead on the first one so the next few chapters should be good. |

| So the people who killed his father was after the 6 blades but he made a last one which the mc now wields and they are on a journey to retrieve the swords. I'm pretty sure there was another series with a very similar setting but can't remember which one it was. Anyway a nice follow up chapter and the artwork looked cool again. |

| Oh damn... so that mysterious sorcerer was the one behind the attack on Rokuhira'a estate. Not only everything was destroyed, but also Kunishige has been killed and six out of his seven precious magic-embedded blades have gotten stolen. On top of that, the only lead they managed to get a grasp on, after all those years, has also been wrecked. Sorcerers from Hishaku are surely smart and cunning baddies. I wonder if we will get a fight between magic katana in the next chapter. Or at least the start of it. |

| So the MC has to deal with at least 3 sorcerers and anyone who may be wielding his dad's 6 stolen swords. I'm very interested to see the ways this could go. If a good person ended up with one of the swords somehow, would the MC still try to get it back? |

| I was going to shitpost but looks like yall covered that well enough. Honestly the memes are better than the series but this was a good chapter 2. It solidified the stakes, the blood magic was brutal, and we finished the flashback letting the story move foreword. Im curious how far the meme hype can take this series. |
