xochandaox said: . But other then that.. Isn't the skateboard solar powered? But it was going at night.. At the beginning of movie 2 or 3 Conan said the doctor upgraded it so it could run up to 30 minutes at night. The killer caught me off guard, didn't think it'd be the psychiatrist. 8/10. |

Probably my favorite movie so far, though I kinda hate that they keep making those scenes where Ran gets hints of Conan being Shinichi, since it's obvious we won't be getting that in a non-cannon material. 8/10. |

I enjoyed this. 8/10 I knew the Psychiatrist was evil in some sort of way! :D He seemed too good to be true. I wanna go to Tropical Land now. It seems so fun! |

Lol all of the villains in the movies 1 through 4 are jerks XD We don't usually see those types of murderers, not even in the series! |

Ahh rewatching after a long time, this movie was great even though the memory loss was a bit cliche. |

I don't really know much about psychological traumas, but the memory loss sounded a bit like a stretch. Everything else about the movie as great, though. |

A bit disappointing compared to the previous movies, but many sequences from the amusement park part were really good. |

The girl keeps seeing dead bodies when following her father around... Should be getting used to it by now. That memory loss was a cheap excuse for that plot. Other than that, I really don't like it when made-up stories mess up with central characters... 4 bullet scars for Sato and a memory loss (albeit temporary) for Ran are not superficial details that can be forgotten later on in a character's development. It was already the same shit in the previous movie, with Kid being somehow aware that Conan is Schinichi. I won't even start listing all the other nonsense there was in this subpar movie... |

It was definitely an entertaining film. The theme park sequences were great. I also liked the scenes where Conan investigated with the female suspect. |

I think that tropical land was too awesome and the way that it look like a playground for Conan makes this movie so exciting during the whole chase. Very entertaining overall and its always quite refreshing to see Conan doing all the works without using proxy Mouri. |

Honestly, I think most of these ignorant people in this thread who are calling the memory loss sub plot dumb know nothing about the effect of physiological trauma. People actually can lose their memory to that you know. A quick google search will show you that easily. |

really great movie, i'm glad it concentrated on ran than new characters, she's much more interesting than usual conan movies criminals. i find the action scenes at the park little exaggerating but still fun, and conan/shinichi screams to her he loves her really were emotional. 9/10 |

The moment Conan said that the culprit could be anyone in the building, I immediately thought of that doctor. |

The animation and Ran/Shinichi's relationship was the only thing that got me liking the movie because everything else was so fake LMFAO. So just because the water streams went up he couldn't shoot? Water can't stop a bullet, and he could've easily shot both conan and ran while they were counting down from ten. It wasn't that realistic in TERMS of other movies, i feel like the movie was only made to showcase the relationship between shinchi and ran other than anything else. I know that seeing someone you know get injured badly can cause horrible shock but Ran witnessed it SO many times, like almost EVERY episode so why now is it a shock? I didn't take that too seriously though since I *guess* people can still experience a huge sense of loss after witnessing it happening to someone you know, although that wasn't really the case here so I guess it was just plot convenience. |
