| I wouldn't say completely outclassed but there's some really great live actions out there but my favourite anime Gintama is just special to me ... I wouldn't say all my favourite anime are better than all my favourite live action...it would be a mistake to say that.. |

| Depends. My favorite TV show is The Big Bang Theory. If I want background noise or just turn off my thinking I watch this. I have to concentrate more to understand anime or at least to not miss the majority of the story. |

| No, I don't really consider my favourite Anime that highly even compared to other Anime, but I think it was the most consistently good & enjoyable. My favourite TV show would be? F1? no... definitely prefer that more. Absolutely hate missing a race and I hate people or notifs spoiling the results for me. |

| Don't even care about the context, as a general rule I always pick anime no matter what. I watched more anime than tv shows at this point, like way way more, and tv shows still disappoint me more often wtf. :/ Maybe if they made more stuff like Severance or Black Mirror I would think differently. |

| My favorite live action show is It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. And while it's newer seasons might not be as strong for me, I consider it above every anime I've seen. That said, It's kinda pointless to compare animation to live action imo, since they're so different. I feel like I can compare at least one thing though, the comedy. I would 100% say I enjoy the comedy in Always Sunny far more than any anime, and even the comedy in most western cartoons. At it's best, the show is just that good. |

| My favorite tv show outside of anime is probably Coupling (UK version) or some national sitcom I watched as a kid, but they cant compete against everything in my top 10. |

| Yeah, I mean, anime is a television series, technically. But, I've found myself caring more about anime lately than live action stuff. I don't think there's anything live action that can top my favorite anime. |

| My favorite (Shouwa Genruko Rakugo Shinjuu) is bested by Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations; which is a show about food and travel. The later piqued my curiosity about the cuisine and cultures of other parts of the world. Plus, Bourdain himself is quite endearing as a host. He's a big reason why I try out as many different dishes as possible, and influenced me to travel and witness other societies. Though, Rakugo is right up there with No Reservations. For fictional television shows, Rakugo would be my top pick. |

| Not all anime or even my favorite anime, but yugioh have done this. Yugioh is literally my favorite form of fiction, i like it better then any movie, show, game or comic i've read. It was such a huge deal to me as a kid and as an adult, i still love it and can come up with a ton of things to talk about with it. |
