In the recent times, Hamefura. In fact should have just ended that way, instead of getting randomass story and two mediocre kidnapping arc in S2.

The milking is also goes on with upcoming movie. Sigh...

Psycho-Pass, Durarara and Shingeki no Bahamut.
Who are you and why do you show your hostility towards a complete stranger whom you've not once spoken with before. Are you seriously asking to get blocked? Well, if that's what your intent is; to tempt me into throwing hands with someone as lowly and insignificant as you, then i may grant your wish provided you articulate yourself a bit better when trying to spite a person of my wavelength.

The Promised Neverland, Tokyo Ghoul, Higurashi, and Fire Force. I don't think that I need to explain myself for the first 2.
For Higurashi, Kai wasn't exactly a downgrade really. It's just typical for the answer to the mystery to not be as exciting as the mystery itself. Also, I'm not including Gou and Sotsu, since they are like spin-off sequels of sorts. Also Sotsu was hot garbage.
As for Fire Force, the first season actually felt serious, despite the stupid use of the cat girl. The 2nd season felt too goofy to be taken seriously. I think it's got more so to do with the directing over anything, since they switched directors for season 2. The show seemed like it wanted to become a cheap Jojo clone in season 2, which was a completely different tone from the 1st season. Hopefully, things go back to the way they were as we go into season 3.
Gintoki and Sugita's birthdays are 1 day apart.

Something not mentioned yet:

Minami-Ke!

The thing about Minami-ke is the 3rd and 4th seasons are good. People usually only think it peaked at season 1 because they watched season 1 and dropped it at season 2 (seems like you're one of them). You've been led astray, but it's not like I can blame you.

The second season fundamentally changes the show (it's all anime original) and the third and fourth seasons are a return to form. Honestly if you're into the series and really don't want to watch season 2, just skip it, because you're not missing anything of note, and after that it's basically as good as season 1.

Re:Zero. I loved season 1 and was super excited to hear we'd finally be getting a sequel after many years. Season 2 multiplied everything bad about the original and subtracted everything good. It was just awful and such a crushing disappointment.

I dislike re:Zero, though I only realized it after finishing S1. I did watch the first episode of S2, but I disliked it too much to continue.

Some not so obvious picks:

Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid
Megalo Box
Assassination Classroom
Fruits Basket
Higurashi

I disagree with you on Megalo Box. Season 2 is when it peaked

Definitely Code Geass. It was really cool until it tried to bite more than it could chew.

I seriously doubt it. S2 felt like going through a bitter divorce. The warning signs were present in the first season but I thought the good outweighed the bad. But now? Now it all seems so clear...we were never meant to be together. The spark is gone. Our differences are irreconcilable. It's best for both of us if we just move on.

Dr Stone. I can't tell if S2 is bad but I just couldn't enjoy it.

That's pretty strange considering S2 actually had more good parts and corrected one of S1's major flaws.

Seven Deadly Sins, for sure.
Season 1 is still one of my favorites and I look back on it quite fondly as being very entertaining and enjoyable.

But then around the 2nd half of Season 2 it starts steadily dropping off in quality until it completely crashes and burns by the 4th and final season.
