But of course it won't be fun that way and it would strike too much fear for all the witnesses so he's going to have to fight a war like a war should be fought...with an army! |

| This adaptation is bad also because the choice of the director are stupid. Choosing to show Raves crazy love for his son for so long was less important than showing the inner dialogues and mind games of Jirvic when meeting Ainz. And yet we lose that for the son love. That is stupid. hysteresis said: I should feel excited, right? Pretty meh episode, maybe it's just that I can't bring myself to care about all these people anymore. Ainz is cool and all, but I'm getting tired of having to go through all those dull episodes just for one shining moment of him being overpowered. This happens because to feel and care for all this characters you need to see more of them and know their past and life and feelings and thoughts etc. But the anime is skipping most of that like crazy and therefore you feel nothing. In the LN this people really feel like main characters but in the anime they feel just like more random guys that Ainz will step over. |

| Marquis Raeven was a highlight of this transition episode, for sure. Not only was he one of the few nobles who knew what kind of situation they are in, he's also a very adorable father. In an effort to get Barbro out of the way, the King sent him off to Carne Village without knowing that going anywhere close to that place is a death sentence since it's the heart of Ains Ooal Gown's territory. Momonga teleporting his Death Knight Platoon into the battlefield like it was nothing made the Empire realize that the opposition's fucked! |

| This arc is great. I love the rising stakes and moving onto full on army warfare. It really shows how the series has progressed to this point of Ainz being in the public eye now. |

| I guess everyone we were shown is as good as dead. Kind of a shame, that country seems more interesting than the empire so far. Hopefully there will be some twists and not just a complete slaughter. |

| Some futile efforts by the kingdom before engaging into a war with the Empire and our boi Ainz. That one guy heavily disrespected Ainz there by saying he is around 5000 soldiers strong, can't wait to see everyone's reaction to his actual strength (if he shows it at least). |

| Big build up for what's to come, but my god the amount of death flags this episode were unreal. Just the death knights alone will most likely be enough to settle this war. Re-Estize Kingdom is simply doomed. But even if the outcome should already be clear, I'm definitely curious what it actually will look like. |

| There was definitely some great development here. There's going to be a war happening, like how the stakes are rising and that everyone is all preparing for when the inevitable occurs. Ainz has come a long way since season 1 and his reputation just keeps growing and growing as the show progresses. It's all gonna go down in the next coming episodes I can feel it. |
