| OP's alright. So we have Defense Agency Border vs Neighbors from across the Gate. The bullies were funny. The animation though is something to laugh at. I was expecting Mikumo to be a normal student and Yuuma to be the one introducing Mikumo to Border. I knew Mikumo would be a newbie, but I didn't expect Yuuma to be a Neighbor. Yuuma is the reason why I'll keep going. |

| I really don't know what people hate about this show so much that it deserves it's 6.66 current score. That said, the poor overall animation and the weird pauses definitely bothered me, a bit. In certain scenes, they showed the wrong still shot angle. That's all, really. The OP and soundtracks are good, not memorable yet, but fitting. This is definitely a keeper for me. Can't wait for the show to get to the real good part according to the manga readers. |

| The first episode was good but the animation was a fucking slide show. Even tho I love World Trigger but Madhouse, Bones, Production I.G, Gainax or Sunrise should have took over this show. BTW The animation gets better in 48 episodes later and Its becoming one of my favorites manga and anime series TBH |

| To be frank, this was an un-interesting episode. Animation Quality and Artstyle are just about mediocre and I don't really feel anything from the Characters just yet. Op was pretty cool though, I've to say. |

| Banger opening. Not the biggest fan of Toei adaptations, even tho they got their good points and charm. This first episode was ok, not immediately hooked, but seems promising and I was expecting a slow burner anyway. |

| the whole episode felt awkward, the pauses in between two people having a conversation and the VA choices for the bullies sounded like they picked up random people off the streets instead of using professional VAs. I’ll probably continue it though seeing as it might get better. |

| It was an ok introduction but everything felt too slow like a character speaking followed by a weird 2 seconds of silence until it changes to another character. It is Toei after all so I can only hope that it gets better. So the twist is that Kuga is a neighbor, interesting. I like him, his face is funny, but I'm not a fan of Osamu. Being too righteous is annoying and also bad. |
