PS2 Game Amagami To Be Animated

According to Pony Canyon PR producer's tweet, PlayStation2 game "Amagami" (English Wikipedia) was announced to get a TV anime adaptation. It will be aired this summer. The series will be divided in an omnibus style and the heroines will be featured in turn. The ED themes will be made for each of the heroines as well.

Amagami game was released in March 2009 and three manga adaptations "Amagami precious diary", "Amagami Sincerely yours" and "Amagami Love goes on! " have been serialized in Monthly Young Animal, Famitsu Comic Clear, and Dengeki Maoh, respectively.

i've read what's out of the two manga adaptations and i really like Ai's looks and personality, but sex hair sounds interesting.

but, i really like the idea of an omnibus format (just read Kimikiss - various heroines) mostly because i like everyone to be happy at the end of shows. so that's what has me excited for this one

That hair is fantastic. Never mind the omnibus style VN formula, the show should just be about her. Maybe then I would watch.

I am disappoint.

I'm personally fine with this. Sounds like it'll be a little more refreshing than your typical harem romance fare. Not to mention it removes the general risk of a heroine getting shafted in favor of another. That is, if they don't try to keep a linear storyline.
