Wow, I really didn't expect Citrus to make the list at all! It's the biggest hit yuri manga since Girl Friends I think. I'm really happy about that; and Noragami is back too!

I really need to buy the Unofficial Hatsune Mix. I read a bit of it at the bookstore and it's great.

RightStuff has sales based on publishers. Citrus and Girl Friends are both Seven Seas Entertainment, and, right now, they just started a Dark Horse sale, publisher of UHM. Thanks for the recommendations. I'm glad to see yuri as a new (?) genre within manga and anime -- I'm even seeing some yuri 4-koma gag manga, not just the romance and drama stories!

EDIT: The omake of the author's comments in GF is hilarious! :D

I wonder if Attack on Titan reached more than 3 million overall.

Hm, there's a mistake here Attack on Titan Vol.1 is missing.

I think Citrus, Hatsune, and Noragami Vol. 1 are the biggest surprises on this list. I didn't think yuri manga sold well.

AssClass is looking like a big hit and the anime just started.

China is probably very big too,if they don't pirate everything.

I remember seeing a news about a One Piece bank on China, and other about a Naruto statue or something like it.

Whoops seems it's not that lower compared to France. I mistakenly assumed that the 50-100k sales I saw were monthly but it's yearly.

It's still higher in France but not by an extreme lot. Naruto and Sailor moon are about 50k unit yearly I think.

But when you consider the fact of population on both country, and that people from others country even buy from US sometimes. It clearly shows that france market manga is very big.
