The story revolves around Kakazu Kio, an ordinary high school freshman living in Okinawa. A girl with cat ears appears before him during a memorial service for one of his family ancestors. The girl calls herself Eris and claims she is an alien. Before long, fanatical alien worshipers and a mysterious government agency are in hot pursuit of Eris, but Kio's childhood friend Manami—who wants to follow in her father's footsteps in the CIA—captures Eris. Kio finds himself having to protect Eris from everyone.

I watched this anime because i wanted to see another ecchi comedy, and just thought to give this a try, the story is fine, there's no complexity about it but in someway is interesting and this is a good ecchi if you're looking just ecchiness, it has good comedy, good characters and the assistroids were funny.

The story is simple, a Catgirl named Eris is sent to the earth from the planet Catnia to investigate the earth's culture, she stumbles with this boy's (Kakazu) uncle and he then takes her home, there's commotion from certain secret groups of who is going to take her but everyone read more

We, the members of the Underside of Kitten Paw, have forge a new alliance with Catia. This partnership will not only enhance the prosperity and trust between us, but, also, to affirm our Goddess and Savior is the one and only Eris. We swear to assist and provide protection against enemies that endanger the safety and well-being of our Goddess and her fellow Catians. In return, we only ask that the Goddess, herself, graces us with her presences from time to time.

In an effort to build a stronger relationship with our fellow Catians, we have observed 12 read more

For those that don't know what that means, it's apparently cute cat talk and reference to 2010's summer anime Asobi ni Iku Yo. An anime purely dedicated to fan-service enthusiasts who love eye-candy.

With an abundance of cliché anime that provide service in the market, it's pretty hard for people to differentiate whether it's worth watching or passing up(due to having seen its type before.) Whilst I'd normally say the latter for Asobi, I'd be lying if I did as it had definitely caught my attention within the first 2 or so episodes. Asobi is an anime that amalgamates everything a fanboy loves and adds a read more

~!~ WARNING: Spoilers ~!~

Jeez...I kinda wish I didn't even watch this anime to begin with. Maybe I'm just being harsh, but there wasn't something great about this. It was such a let-down. Something really promising at first and very quickly dropped as soon as you start.

~ Story 2/10 ~
I might be missing some accuracy because of the story being boring and unappealing so forgive me.
The main character is Kio Kakazu, an easy-going teen who seems to accept his new reality quite easy as his new friend is an alien cat girl, his childhood friend is a special agent, and his other friend is also a read more

Anime: To LOVE-Ru
Very close, both of them have aliens and a lot of ecchi moments with a bit of action.
reportRecommended by Fezinho
Anime: Omamori Himari
Both are ecchi/harem anime with high school male protagonists surrounded by supernatural (Omamori Himari)/alien (Asobi ni iku yo) females. Both anime also have some fights.
reportRecommended by hajil
Anime: Ano Natsu de Matteru
a female came down from space and the the male protagonist
romance in both anime
reportRecommended by pakin
Anime: Sora no Otoshimono
Both have female "aliens" with incredibly advanced technology, abilities and weapons, who meet a guy in Earth. Also, the guy (and his friends) get involucrated with a dangerous organization (like Synapse in Sora no Otoshimono).
reportRecommended by kaiteshin-daichi
Anime: Nyan Koi!
both involve a regular guy getting pulled into a cat world
the main guy also has a childhood friend that likes them
they both have a decent amount of comedy in it
and there both harems so they have those generic episodes like the pool/beach one and the onsen/hot-tub one.
reportRecommended by supermegasonic
Anime: DearS
clueless airhead alien coming to earth and it seems everyones ok with it
