These are some that come to mind. I love the seinen genre.

Someone explained to me how the author may have felt rushed over it; I mean, it was an indie show, and for several people, it was relatively new, so maybe she wanted to deliver the most convincing aspects of her story. I hope season 2 receives some more episodes, and that it can guarantee another season.
Hahaha, that happens to me with The Show It Must Go On; I tend to either sing the song in my head or to sing it while doing whatever I am doing hahaha.
I haven´t heard Respectless yet; I will, and I will definitely give you my opinion about it.

Oh, Hiei's past was so sad; he was such a complex, interesting, and epic character. I like Urameshi a lot, as well as Kurama, but Hiei is just the best. I agree with everything you say about his character and personality, and I dare to say he was the original standoffish/dark-friendly rival.
Really? That is news to me; I didn´t know the manga was short. Also, it sucks to hear it was the start of Togashi´s health issues; I wonder why he never went into a monthly magazine. It also sucks to hear that the manga finale was rushed.

I don't want to sound like a hater, but reading the name Jojo made me recall I watched the first episode of the franchise; I didn´t like it at all. I can understand the art style, but I hated the first Jojo's dad so much! He was such an insufferable jerk; also, Dio was so annoying as just plainly awful. I'll try to watch some other episodes, but so far it's not my top priority.
I did notice that the first Jojo greatly resembles Kenshiro.
Does it sound weird if I say I feel a bit uncomfortable when anime and manga talk about nuclear weapons? I feel very depressed when remembering Hiroshima, and watching Oppenheimer and the happy reaction of the Americans when the bomb was dropped. Still, a post-apocalyptic future where characters still train to become martial arts artists is quite interesting and appealing. Sorry for rambling so much.

I got the recommendation of RailDex, and their order, a while ago; the story sounds very intriguing. Two stories with different focuses happen in the same world, where one cast uses magic and the other science. It's kind of a long franchise, but I will give it a try someday.
I now see why Guts and Misaka Mikoto appear in your profile picture; a very unique and great picture by the way.

Haha yeah, my previous username was just a random one I thought up on-the-spot but this one actually has some meaning. It's my Chinese nickname (means "small" in Chinese, since I'm the youngest in my family), and also there are multiple characters I like with that name. x3 If you weren't aware and are interested, there's an inactive username board where you can request to change your username to one that hasn't been online for several years.

Oh wow, really? I didn't know Fist of the North Star is getting a reboot as well. That's awesome. It'd be nice if we get more reboots of classics, especially with ones that didn't have a faithful adaptation. That'd be cool, I can't say I like the anime very much but I do like the concept Elfen Lied tries to explore so it'd be interesting to see it in a different light.

No, I haven't watched any non-DC/Marvel works before, but I've always wanted to watch Invincible. Heard a lot of good things about it. Do you have a favorite?

i do agree the fact that it's a cultural phenomenon not just in Japan, but also worldwide. It's also the one who inspired Spielberg to make Jurassic Park 93 so i appreciate it since its part of my childhood hahaha

I guess the table pounding is a convenient device they use to help express Ironwood's pent-up anger or frustration. The melodrama in the clips is quite amusing actually, and I kinda like when the show used to get mean and moody (and more theatrical) like that, and take itself more seriously. Seasons 6, 7, and 8 were the peak for me!
