I’ve been on the discord since only the start of the year so still pretty new myself. Meanwhile I’ve been here on MAL for almost a decade, but my old connections went poof when I went AFK for a long time over drama.

On the bright side, One Piece is entering its final arc soon and will be ending xD Maybe we can catch a break before Luffy has a kid or something ahaha

Since I write slow I'm incapable of doing the first tip, so I went a bit overboard with the cover and writing to hopefully help; and I'm only so-so with the amount of people I've networked with, so I came back to my stopping grounds here on MAL and going to try promoting myself with a forum banner (•◡•) / Just posting a lot in the forums and making threads so more people see my banner.

Nice, yeah I've been occupied writing my own novel to do much else lol. It's tricky but I still need to set aside time to network on the Discord, so it's a balancing act. Luckily, I already have most of my plotline planned out, so just need to get ready for upcoming plot points.
Even if we both watch One Piece a bit slow, One Piece isn't going anywhere xD Though my friends keep begging me to watch it faster ahaha

Yay! I'm glad you enjoyed it :) Next chapter will foreshadow more of the story's actual overtones so that's when I'm planning on promoting my novel more lol. Spent all day yesterday revamping my profile and forum signature haha

Oh, nice! 3 episodes into One Piece is about when they introduce Zoro. I'd say it gets more addicting around the Alabasta arc around episode 90 (about where I had to take a break). But heck if you start watching it, maybe I'll start watching it again too xD

Don't have as much time to watch huge shonen anime anymore but . . .
I'm thinking of starting One Piece just to finish off another childhood anime lol
Even if it takes me years to finish it xD
