The more I watch anime the more critical I become.
If my rating of the anime is higher than my overall rating then I like the show and if it is below then I don't like the show. (usually)
10- Outstanding, rare to come across, made an impact on me in some way, close to perfect.
9- Excellent, some of my favorites I have come across but are not the best.
8- Great, well-rounded and has minor problems.
7- Good, very enjoyable but had some problems that caused the show/manga to fall flat in a few ways.
6- Above average, Not too bad, and is better than most.
5- Average, most shows/manga fit in this category, not bad but not good.
4- Below Average not very good, and is worse than most.
3- Bad, not good, did not enjoy most of it but had few decent parts.
2- Terrible, I did not enjoy at all, had one or two things that were subpar about it.
1- Unbearable, I absolutely liked nothing about this.

Also in case youre wondering, the manga isnt worth it either. The last two volumes is one decently long arc which I didnt care for and the ending itself isnt satisfying either. But yeah if you just like watching Ranma because its fun and dont want much more out of it then yeah its pretty good. Theres a good chunk of really fun episodes

Hmm sounds interesting, hope you continue to enjoy it. Doesn't seem like something I'd like but I'll add it to the endless PTW list. I couldn't get into Katangatari myself but I could see how people like it.
Also I see you gave Gintama a 5. You're right at the point where the series improves by a good amount. The first 60 episodes are very hit or miss in terms of episode quality, especially the first 20 or so. After episode 60ish it becomes much more consistent but even then I dont consider it a great show or anything like that. It's extremely long and it doesn't help that there isn't an overarching plot to get me invested. Its still a really well made, produced and written show though. But if you dont like the characters and humor then you probably wont like the rest of it.
But as for anime, I recently rewatched some stuff like School Days which I still like as well as Familiar of Zero which is still pretty good
