I don't think it's going to be butchered and the staff behind all the works in terms of the animation is promising.

What the guy above me said. Also probably because they got their hopes up from the 4 minute long tightly edited and very-likely pre-animated 1st PV that came out exactly a year before this one did. Although the designs, art style and the compositing look the same in both, so them making all the best scenes before-hand and releasing a chunk of it as the first trailer right off the bat to build hype is also a possibility, meaning they might still use those scenes despite it being pre-animated. Either that, or they were ridiculously ahead of schedule which doesn't seem like the case, judging from the 2nd PV.
Anyways, massive tangent, sorry about that.

Because people will complain about anything animation wise lately. This show doesn't look stunning but for the type of show it is I would say it looks decent enough. Anime is more Mainstream now so we have people that don't understand the animation process or animation in general making poor judgements. It just is what it is.

The manga is pretty enjoyable, and the animation didn't look that bad to me, but I guess we'll see.

It's over.

The animation shown in the pv was pretty bad despite the staff looking pretty good. I guess C2C can't handle a 2 consecutive cours anime. Still gonna watch it tho
an exagerrated statement but ok. you either dont know what bad animation looks like or you dont have a full grasp of what animation is in general, but knowing some fans that can shit on aot or the new trigun i would not be suprised
