'Rokudou no Onna-tachi' Reveals Additional Cast, Theme Songs, First Promo

The official website of the Rokudou no Onna-tachi (Rokudou's Wicked Girls) television anime revealed additional cast, theme songs, and the first promo on Wednesday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on April 8 at 1:35 a.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by AT-X, BS Asahi, MBS, and KKT.

Daisuke Namikawa (Bleach) and Akira Ishida (Naruto) are joining the cast as Masaru Hinomoto and Kouta Kijima, respectively.

EverdreaM is performing the opening theme "ENDLESS LABYRINTH." THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE (Fairy Tail: Final Series) performs the ending theme "Love Will Find A Way," previewed in the promotional video below.

Keiya Saitou (Baki episode director) helms television anime at Satelight. Yuuichirou Momose (Kumo desu ga, Nani ka?) is handling the series composition, and Shinya Segawa (Pastel Memories) is designing the characters.

The anime adapts Yuuji Nakamura's romantic comedy manga, which began serializing in Weekly Shounen Champion from June 2016 to April 2021. Akita Shoten shipped the 26th and final volume in June 2021.

I don't really care for rom-coms but the artstyle is nostalgic, Looks like something from the 2000s.

As someone who read and loved the manga, feel like I should let everyone know that the whole “romantic comedy” thing is sort of an excuse for the author to write a battle manga. And a really fun one at that. Not sure how I feel about the art direction though. Withholding judgement until the show actually starts.

For real. It starts getting way better in the later arcs imo, hope we get to see some of that.
