The first manga volume was released on June 14, with the second volume scheduled to be released on November 15.
Synopsis
In Ivy's world, stars are everything. She's a Tamer, born to subdue monsters and animals, but she was also born starless! With her life in danger, Ivy flees into the forest where she befriends a weak little slime named Sora—the one creature she can tame. Together, the unlikely pair set off on a journey, salvaging rubbish to survive. Along the way they'll win hearts, evade danger, and discover there's more to starless Ivy than meets the eye! Probably? The anime side is lagging behind the LN side.
In the LN side, the trend in fantasy setting is magic sword, most of time about revenge. Isekai era is gone. Lol
Most popular being Reign Of Seven Spellblades. It literally has the word 'death' multiple times in the PV.

There is a lot of cheat skills or demon lord / hero reincarnating thousands of years into the future filled with weaklings.
And unfortunately those revenge stories are very mid for the most part, so we have another low quality trend on our hands for LNs and eventually anime; although I wouldn't mind some RPGs that followed this trend though, as it will be a breath of fresh air for the genre.
As for this anime, it doesn't seem bad and the slime is cute; Ivy is a bit too boyish looking though, especially in the clothing department (that hoodie looks like something a boy would wear).
Its supposed to be boyish as she's disguising herself, after all she's pretty much a defenceless 9 year old girl

Its not like a lot of the tamer series where's she's super over powered, gets a harem or has a bazillion slimes to do everything and create a business

In the manga, the current arc in the manga has child traffickers so some of the men there are being extra careful to protect her. She also ran away from home for a reason too, which is why she's hiding her identity.
Anyways, it's a cute feel good story! I'm excited for this.

The title and the cover pic kinda reminds me of Genshin Impact's Sumeru chapter story, which there is a part green-haired little girl named Nahida picked up trash named Scaramouche.

So basically this season's Beast Tamer, but with a female MC. I don't mind it ngl, I kinda liked Beast Tamer
If you count the slimes, then this is the third or fourth such show. But one way or another, BT is a fighting harem, and this is more of a loli fantasy.
UPD. Judging by the covers on the official website, as for a loli, there are suspiciously many attractive adult men around the MC...
