'Seijo no Maryoku wa Bannou Desu' Reveals Additional Cast, Promo

The Seijo no Maryoku wa Bannou Desu (The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent) stage at the Light Novel Expo event revealed supporting cast and the first promotional video for the television anime on Saturday.

The anime series adapting Yuka Tachibana's slice of life fantasy light novel will begin airing on April 6 at 11:30 p.m. on AT-X, followed by Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS11. Hikari TV and dTV will also stream the show.

Aira (Aira Misono): Kana Ichinose (Carole & Tuesday)
Kyle Salutania: Jun Fukuyama (Mayonaka no Occult Koumuin)
Elizabeth Ashley: Reina Ueda (Sakura Quest)
Erhart Hawke: Yuuichirou Umehara (Plunderer)

Shouta Ibata (Gi(a)rlish Number) is directing the anime at Diomedéa, with novelist Wataru Watari (Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru.) handling the series composition. Masakazu Ishikawa (Shinryaku! Ika Musume) is designing the characters.

Tachibana launched the fantasy slice of life novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou platform in April 2016. Kadokawa began publishing the series in February 2017 with illustrations by Yasuyuki Shuri. The sixth volume shipped on September 10, with the seventh volume planned for a May 8 release.

Azuki Fuji began serializing a manga adaptation on the ComicWalker web manga portal in July 2017. Kadokawa shipped the fifth volume on October 5 last year.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed both the light novel and its manga adaptation in English last April. The second light novel shipped on February 16, with the second manga volume going on sale on Tuesday.

It's one of my favorite Slice of Life series that I've ever read.

Looking at the PV, the studio has done its job right. I hope the quality will last until the last episode.

Oooh, the PV looks nice. Especially the magic circle effect.

And i see more famous names here, i guess the budget for this adaptation is high..? XD
