According to the official website, the three remaining episodes of Bakemonogatari will be streamed on the website. The first episode "Tsubasa Cat Episode 3" will be available for free on October 28th.

Speaking of gg; it was recently written on their blog that they weren't sure whether or not they would sub the Bakemonogatari episodes in question.

This could mean that they just don't want to sub them if official subs are released online or something, but I don't know.
