gg is dead, bro

so what?...there are many subbing groups out there...i think one of them would be kind enough to please some desperate Bake fans =D
That's not the point. I really liked their subs although sometimes they add a little extra spice to them.

I've asked Koharubi on their IRC, and they are going to sub episode 14 when they finish 12 and 13.

So they release it a few days before the DVD is out. Cuts costs for them. I expect the ep15 to come out just before the final DVD is out.

I hear good things about the finale. Well, I heard that the starlight scene is important in this arc and we haven't seen why yet. ;)

Hmm...this anime must be good if the completion of ONE episode made the MAL news :O

It's mainly because this episode was hella delayed. Episode 13 was streamed in November, and the broadcast of episode 12 was in late September.

Ah, i see. but i've heard nothing but good things about this anime, so I'll give it a try - preferably when ALL the episodes have aired so i don't have to wait 3-4 months for the next episode :< I'm not very patient when it comes to waiting for anime episodes...

And guess what, they don't have it.
No offense, but that's a pretty damn ignorant assumption.
Then look at ZSZS sales and Vampire Bund quality. No to mention overall anime industry state. Studios are firing people, not hiring.
Well, I didn't mean the firing and hiring part, but what I'm talking about is the budget. With the money they have now out of Bakemonogatari's success, though, I'm pretty sure they can hire new people if they wanted to. Here's something I read from an image board:

">That's what I was afraid of. Like how this summer everything went toward Bakemonogatari and SZS got ignored.

Unfortunately that isn't how budget is decided. It's based on sponsorship and Bakemonogatari sponsors put up more money than the SZS ones. Fun fact, Shaft hardly ever goes over budget; the "slideshow" animation is a result of time limits. Their animators are really good, there just aren't enough of them."
Make do and all that, then stick with the resulting style (which I guess is why they're not hiring new ones). I dunno about Bund though, I've never seen it.

Why this episode took so long, I can just assume.

I'm happy that they're finally releasing it~

This huge delay between episodes allowed me to rewatch 1-13 multiple times.
Just hoping that the delay to the last ep won't be exponential.
