You have no idea what the hell you're talking about. Always funny to see opinions on stalker shift whenever it's accurate or not anc considering you were ecstatic about everything underperforming this season I'll take your word with a grain of salt.
Mod Edit: Removed Insults
Before arguing anything, go to some other sites and read how stalker works, shallow-minded guy
So you don't know how stalker works at all?

However, the formula depends on stable buying habits and demand, which obviously change over time. If habits have changed, it takes time before the correct adjustments become apparent.
Furthermore, there are products that don't follow the typical pattern for whatever reason (i.e. bonuses from certain stores so there's less incentive to buy through Amazon, a different audience being reached, etc.)

Also stalker tracks amazon preorders.
thats all it does.
Amazon preorders give you some idea of sales. Anyone who expects stalker to be super accurate (aka the guy raging about it) is an idiot.

do you even know how stalker work? If you say that stalking is bullshit, that just mean you say preorder is bullshit. And you want to remove pre order to stop fake numbers ? Please

Except that's a blatant lie it was charting well all throughout the season unless your warped definition of charting well is constantly being #1 which is fucking stupid since that would mean no anime this season charted well since for the most part everything was outside the top 50-100. From looking at the stalker chart it charted better than most shows this season, not even close to dead. All this just roves is that stalker is just bullshit, how they managed to fuck up this bad is just laughable.

That doesn't really explain anything especially since the show was charting well all throughout the season and the people who preordered saw it before in theaters so it's not like they went in with blind expectations. There; sbeen many cases of a show receiving mass preorder cancelling but they tend to not chart well at all.
I don't know what graph you're looking at, but it was not charting well throughout the season. It was #1 for 7 hours, #2 for 8 hours, #3 for 15 hours... then it just dropped off after that. Sure it went into the Top 20 for a bit on October 5th after the first episode aired... but then after that, it was pretty dead throughout the whole season.

Also, does anyone know when the yearly BD sales are coming out?
I'm sure love live ranks 1 or 2 tho. . . .
I posted it a week ago at http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1330515. Bear in mind these are only preliminary all-genre (the non-anime has been filtered out) rankings. We get an extended Top 200 BD/Top 500 DVD/Top 100 Music BD list, in mid to late January.[/quote]
Thank you based Ejc!!

Well it surprises everyone. I expected ABPark to have 50% overestimated, but this Gundam G, about 80% overestimated (or 500%, that sale x5 is what stalker got). Well I havent watched this show, but I think it is because of the preorder before the show aired ( got around 9k), than people realized the show isnt that good and canceled the orders. Since the stalking tool can't count the canceling, so we have this ...

The BD came out almost 3 months after the first episode aired, so simply people cancelling their orders throughout the season if they no longer felt it was worth owning in physical form, is not farfetched at all. Anime is very expensive in Japan, so perhaps they found something else in the Fall 2014 season worth owning over Gundam G. It simply accumulated too many points in the first week or so, and the one who runs Stalker does not adjust points lightly. Only when there are really weird things going on he does.

mediocre sales for Gundam Reconquista im glad the japanese know better because that gundam show is really average
good going for Expelled from Paradise i hope it gets a sequel or a tv series that elaborates more on its concepts and story
I like how you call G-Reco average but go back and praise Expelled From Paradise which is the epitome of averageness. Even more irony is how popular Gundam SEED is.

Otherwise I feel a bit bad for Grisaia but it's their own fault. Should have given 24 eps instead of 13. Still we'll get S2 and full translation of the VNs so it doesn't matter.
For Grisaia, well doesn't matter anymore because there will be season 2
I thought 3k was too much for that shitty adaptation.

Build Fighters Try has a weird release, for Japan anyway. DVD vol 1 is available now but they aren't releasing the Blu-Rays until late March, when Sunrise is going to release a half series Blu-Ray Box. I wonder what Try's numbers will look like then because the DVD isn't on the list?
It's a (supposedly) kids show that's available for free on Youtube, so I doubt they care much about the BD/DVD sales number of it. At least as much as the amount of models getting sold.
