Production of Anime 'Hunter x Hunter (2011)' to End

An interview with seiyuu Megumi Han, voice of Gon Freecss from TV anime Hunter x Hunter (2011), has revealed that the anime will be ending after episode 148.

The series is currently on episode 142, with episode 148 expected to air September 23rd.

It's published in Weekly Young Jump (Shueisha) So yes it's a seinen manga. Get your facts right before talking shit to someone.

I don't give too f***ks if a series is shonen or seinen, all I was doing is correcting what AllvnWalker said, he thought it was shonen so I correct him, that's how people learn.

All you needed to do was do a quick research. Better you did a quick research than looking like a idiot.

But quick research would tell you it's published in Weekly Shounen Jump.

It's a seinen series.

It's published in Weekly SHOUNEN Jump... it's not Seinen just because you think so. Are you afraid that a series you like is labelled as a kids show? If so, pathetic.

The anime was so good... Sadly it ended T.T
I hope the author make another sequel of Hunter x Hunter with a plot of Gon trying to reach the place that Ging was talking about, or trying to reach at the REAL WORLD TREE (the tallest tree that almost nobody know about)

guess it will be time to start reading the manga. but its such a shame this is in my opinion the best shonen ive ever seen, well next to FMA Brotherhood. I hope togashi gets well soon and can continue feeding me this absolutely terrific story
