New OVA of Kyou no Go no Ni Announced

A new OVA of "Kyou no Go no Ni" was announced to be released this autumn. The OVA will be bundled with the limited edition of the Tankobon of "Kyou no Go no Ni" manga. The staff and the cast of the OVA are the same as those of "Kyou no Go no Ni TV" anime.

me too. i'm hoping for a quality similar to the first ovas, prolly not, hopefully its not wishful thinking

The OVA was great and funny. Like not just comparing because the TV was a bit more censored than the OVA, it's just because of that most of the humor was not actually humor w/o some of the ecchi in it. Another thing is felt the OVA had more of closure than TV. Just don't know what to think about it, maybe not having any expectations would be a good thing.

I feel ambivalent. On the one hand I really like the series in general, but I found that the TV series (while covering much more) paled in comparison to the studio/group behind the previous OVA. Will be watching to see how it turns out, hoping for some sharper animation at the very least.

Well, a little disappointing that it's the same staff as the TV series as I thought the OVAs were quite a bit better, but I'll probably still watch it anyways. Not sure what else they can do, but it'll be interesting if they can pull something cool off.

At least it's not going to be another re-do of the same stuff.
