The official website of the Uma Musume: Cinderella Gray television anime revealed additional cast, staff, and a second teaser visual (pictured) on Wednesday. The anime series adapting Taiyou Kuzumi's spin-off manga will air in split cours on TBS' 28 affiliate stations, with the first part premiering in April 2025.
Takehiro Miura (Yuuki Bakuhatsu Bang Bravern episode director) is now co-directing the anime with Yuuki Itou (Granblue Fantasy The Animation) at CygamesPictures. Kenji Kawai (Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru) is composing the music.
Aki Kindaichi (Bullet/Bullet) is handling the series composition. Takuya Miyahara (Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san main animator), Keigo Sasaki (Sekai Seifuku: Bouryaku no Zvezda) are designing the characters.
Kuzumi began drawing the spin-off manga to Cygames's Uma Musume Pretty Derby mixed-media project in Young Jump in June 2020, which focuses on the story of horse girl Oguri Cap. Shueisha published the 17th volume on December 18.
I wonder if they'll actually make the muscular girl's muscular in the anime. Apparently the author and artist of the manga really like muscle and some of the girls in the manga are pretty buff.
