According to Manga Updates

Genre:
Seinen, Shoujo Ai, Yuri

I read this manga up to vol.3

This series main focus is Yosakoi dance. This is a club activity series.

It's not yuri. Shoujo-ai level maybe. Its main focus is on the strong friendship between girl (not yuri!) and the dream pursuing (doing Yosakoi dance) with some medium-heavy drama from time to time. Mostly happen when the main girl and her close friend get into a very emotional fight.

Fanservice is close to none. Characters like to joke that they see each other panties when they're doing Yosakoi dance (Reader don't see them!) - That's all you'll get.

It's a really good manga.

Madhouse will be adapting something like this?! Gonna be a fun anime~!

Read the one scanlated chapter that's out. It's okayish.

Read the only chapter which was scanlated. It was neat. Though it seemed a bit unoriginal. It felt like so many shoujo manga I've read before with the ordinary girl wanting to be different and finding the amazing super boy....only this time, girl. I love my shoujo manga lol.

Anyway, I want to watch this but if it has yuri I don't want to. If it has as much Yuri as Kiniro Mosaic or something it's fine. But not Sakura Trick level.

Something being aimed at your demographic is a problem?

Probably what he expected is a real serious anime about dancing without moe elements.

Hmmm...maybe if it actually has a lot of dancing in it.

The art style reminds my of horror manga, I can't help but think someone's gonna get horribly killed.

Oh then I'd watch this FOR SURE!

This seems interesting. The art style looks good too. I'll definitely check this out when it airs.

Madhouse just animeates whatever it is they animated to do.

Madhouse has a poor track record with moe (Strawberry Panic, Chaos;Head, Photokano, Sakura Taisen, etc.). In fact, ex-producer Masao Maruyama reasoned that they plain "suck" at it, although he wanted to take on more shows if offered the chance.

Management has changed, so anything's possible now. Still, Atsuko Ishikawa (who worked out of J.C. Staff during the production of Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo) recently echoed the sentiment that moe isn't understood by many of their employees.

Read the news yesterday on my twitter page, using ANN, the key visual art are nice, I also hope that with the next Madhouse works out in January and April manages to recover and come back big. I also hope that this new series is a good standard.
Anyway thanks for the news Tsubasa! ;)

And disproportionately in the Manga Time Kirara family too.

Perhaps it's not a matter of demographic. Its' just the show not into your liking.
