Second Season of 'Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!' Announced

According to the insert pages of the latest June issue of NewType magazine, the second season of TV anime series "Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!" will be made. The official Twitter of the anime said more information will be uploaded to the official anime website at midnight tomorrow, the day when the magazine goes officially on sale.

seeing how theres a love triangle theres probably going to be even more romance, if it miraculously has less then thank god

Cedronia is misinterpreting the Japanese word 新春, which usually means New Year. Mainichi also later clarified it by explicitly stating the month instead of using that term.

I felt like the ending of Chu-2 kind of really closed it, but I'm open to another season.

The director already confirmed in interview that serious drama will be reduced and Rikka will have a happier time in S2 because "she already suffered enough in the first season". Also the girl who got Yuuta to become chuunibyo in the middle school will appear (she also appears in the LN).

That gives me hope then. I was wondering what they could possibly due for a second season with the way this one ended. Less drama would be nice...
