Shoujo-ai-ish is fine with me as long as there are other plot devices, e.g Vividred or Love Live! However if it's just Slice of Life + romance then I will give it a pass.

Just so everybody knows, from what i've looked up about this, its not a yuri series. Its just mere 'experimenting'.

Most yuri series aren't yuri series. The question for me is more whether it would have things that appeal to me as a yuri fan, i.e. goggle-able innuendo and lots of close female friendship with minimal to no male presence (in the sense of romantic prospects, not that males can't appear at all).

Anything more explicit/canon is more than welcome for sure, but I've learned to set me expectations much lower than that.

Yes, but I was talking about 'it' having actual yuri(as in : Girl love, girls loving other girls, the genre, no male love interests etc...) I just wanted to point out that this is not that similar to something like yuru yuri or sisterism as it does have boys as love intrests(sadly).

I am a yuri fan and I read Love Lab manga too, and my conclusion is that it can be viewed as yuri. However, the "love lab" theme is one of love with boys, and as the manga progresses there will be boys coming up. The school that the characters go to is a girls' school, but they will meet boys outside their school in places like cram school etc. So it is not as straightforward as, say, YuruYuri or Yuyushiki, but close female friendship is definitely there.

The character design has changed in the anime. I kind of miss the style in the manga. Perhaps I will get used to it sooner or later.

Huh, this almost slipped from my radar. I might give it a shot.

Is this shoujo-ai? Because the manga page doesn't really specify is. It's only labelled as romance but the description makes me think of shoujo-ai.

Slightly yuri. Basically comical slice-of-life.

If it's anything like Yuru Yuri, will watch.

Shoujo-ai? Comedy? Slice-of-slice? Nice.

Will watch.
