According to the trailer shown at AFA2012 Singapore, TV anime Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko. was announced to be aired in the spring of 2013. The production studio is J.C. Staff.

J.C Staff eh? I'll hope for the best, but like someone said earlier, their efforts at comedy don't always fall flat.

Anyway, I'm interested in this after reading a small bit from the LN a couple months ago.

I dont hate J.C stuff, but i dont like how they do the animation, its always so plain... i like "glossy" animation much better (Hanasaku Iroha, Amnesia, KamiNomi, binbougami ga)

The only bad animes by J.C. Staff I watched 'till now were Arcana Famiglia and Kami-sama no Memo-chou. I loved Shana, Tsukaima, Toradora!, Aria (although it was kinda weak), among others.

^ Yuki Kaji doesn't suck as Ryodo Issei from High School DxD. Take note that Issei is also a big pervert, lol.
I haven't finished Shana Final yet, but they say that Yuki Kaji also voiced a character named Southvalley, and some say that it's a role that "doesn't suck".

I loved how the crowd cheered when they heard Yui Ogura's voice. I can't wait to see this one when it comes out.

Yui Ogura, Rina Hidaka, Aki Toyosaki and Emiri Kato are my absolute favorite moe seiyus. If ever I hear them voicing a character I immediately know that the character they voice is going to be good.

They may be far from perfect, but so far I've enjoyed all J.C. Staff adaptations that I've watched. Eagerly awaiting for this.
